長野市内のホテルの予約が取れなかった為、３泊お世話になりました。スタッフの方の暖かい対応に心がほっこりしました。朝、窓から見える山々の光景に心洗われました。

スタッフの対応は丁寧で、朝食も美味しく良かったのですが、
宿泊した部屋が窓が開かず、冷蔵庫も電源を入れても使えなかったので、少し残念でした。
でも隣室はちゃんと窓も開き、冷蔵庫も使えたとの事で その部屋だけだったのか…以外は良かったです。

ほっこりとした感じの女性スタッフさんに出迎えて頂き、部屋に入って電気が点かずフロントにすぐに電話をかけた際、口頭でも丁寧に対応して頂きました。（キーと一緒に渡された紙に点け方がちゃんと書いてありました。）
時間帯で男女の入浴時間が変わりますが、お部屋のお風呂の他に大浴場があります。それも千曲地域ならではの魅力の一つだと思います。お値段もリーズナブルなので、またぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。

概ね快適でした
大浴場が綺麗でアメニティもしっかり揃っており快適でした。部屋はシングルでも十分な広さ。禁煙ルーム選択しましたが、入室後臭いがかなり気になり、慣れるまで時間を要した事が残念です。あと、すぐ近くに店やCVSが無いので、車移動での利用が前提かと。

ごはんおいしいので、食べすぎ注意
朝食込みのいつものルートインです。駐車場が敷地内にあり、無料は便利。感染対策にもかなり気を使っている感じで快適に過ごせました。朝食ブッフェの時のハンドグローブも皆さん実施されていて、日本人まじめだなと改めて感心しました。

部屋に大浴場の案内がなかったため、行った時間が丁度女性の時間帯で入れませんでした。

駅近くの無難なビジネスホテル
ビジネスでの利用でした。戸倉山田温泉は選択肢がある一方で、戸倉駅から遠く、屋代駅から近いこのホテルを良く利用します。大浴場を含め、全体的に衛生状態が良かっただけに、洗面器の縁の裏の汚れが気になりました。

総合的にみて、まあ満足出来るものと思われます。
Hotel comを利用しての予約をしたことから、チェックイン・アウトがスムーズで不満なし。ただ朝食に関しては、私自身がパン等のため、おかずは良いのですが、パンの種類がもう少し欲しかったと思います。

大浴場に入りたい女性にはオススメできません。
夫婦で泊まりましたが、一点だけ残念と思ったのは大浴場が一つで男女入れ替え制だったことです。
男性は問題ありませんが、女性は夜に外出すると、大浴場に入るタイミングを失ってしまう時間帯でした。

良いと思います
フロントの方々は笑顔で気持ち良い対応でした。高校生の団体がいてうるさかったけど、それはホテルのせいではなく、逆にフロントでは朝食をゆったり取るために遅めの方が良いと案内もしてくれました。
時間制ですが大きいお風呂が使えて快適でした。建物が古いから、部屋のコンディションについては仕方ない点もあるかと思い ます。ビジネスなら十分です。隣の部屋の音とかも気にならず、部屋には空気清浄機もあり良かったです。

長野市内にて開催の花火大会に合わせて予約、長野駅周辺は確保が難しく電車でアクセスしやすいため予約した
浴場がコンパクトながらもあり好感。予約せずに部屋に加湿機能付の空気清浄機もありよかった。アメニティは必要最低限はあった。宿泊費の割に朝食もしっかりとれ、朝刊サービスもあった。今回は電車利用であったが、車でも利用しやすいと思う。２５年を経過している割にメンテナンスも行き届いていると思う。次回も選択肢の一つとして残したい。
