We booked the hotel around 8pm and got to the hotel around 9:30pm. The staff was nice and friendly but the room was dirty. Was bugs, hair, and the room in overall felt not really clean. Staff on the front desk didn’t really give solution.

Fiz uma reserva de Ășltima hora neste hotel em BĂșzios, por ser a Ășnica opção viĂĄvel. Reservei um quarto Standard, que nĂŁo tinha fotos disponĂ­veis na plataforma no momento da reserva. Apesar de achar o valor alto, confiei nas imagens bonitas do Instagram do hotel. Ao chegar, a decepção foi imediata. Precisei deixar o carro na rua e o quarto ficava numa pirambeira, longe da recepção. O quarto acanhado, parecia uma dependĂȘncia de empregada. A decoração da proriedade com bananeiras improvisadas Ă© de gosto duvidoso. A academia estava com os equipamentos extremamente enferrujados — um risco Ă  saĂșde. As esteiras nĂŁo funcionam. A maioria dos funcionĂĄrios pareciam desmotivados e mal-humorados, exceto um recepcionista atencioso que fez o nosso check-out. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ foi caĂłtico no domingo e na segunda, melhorando apenas na terça, quando o hotel jĂĄ estava quase vazio. Na Ășltima noite, o gerente nos ofereceu um quarto superior — bem melhor —, mas isso sĂł aconteceu apĂłs ele ver um post bastante desabonador que minha esposa fez sobre o hotel no Instagram. Curiosamente, esse quarto estava mais barato que o Standard na data da nossa reserva. No fim, achei tudo caro para o que foi oferecido. As porçÔes de tira gosto servidas no bar da piscina sĂŁo mal servidas. O custo-benefĂ­cio nĂŁo compensa. NĂŁo pretendo voltar e aprendi a me planejar melhor para nĂŁo repetir essa escolha equivocada.

O hotel é bom, porém, em que pese haver solicitado, na recepção, um quarto de fåcil acesso, não fomos atendidos, alegando que a distribuição dos quartos não era feita pelos recepcionistas e sim pelo setor de reserva.Ressalto que o hotel não estava cheio. Fomos alojados quarto 13, cuja localização e acesso são péssimos. O quarto fica em frente à piscina, acordåvamos com barulho de crianças brincando e adultos conversando. Para chegar no quarto é preciso descer muitas escadas. Não recomendo para quem tem problemas de artroses, artrites ou similares. O café da manhã é muito fraco deixando a desejar pelo preço cobrado na diåria. Foram servidos apenas um bolo de cenoura, pães, sucos de laranja e acerola, pães de queijo e frutas. Para o chå é preciso solicitar a ågua quente. Os funcionårios são simpåticos e solícitos não atendiam aquilo que não podiam. A limpeza é boa. No quarto em que ficamos não hå nenhuma acessibilidade. Não existe estacionamento gråtis . Os carros ficam na rua.

O Hotel é simplesmente incrível, a vista é tudo de mais lindo e valeu super a pena! o Café da manhã pode melhorar um pouco, muito simples para um Hotel Boutique. Tive problemas com o ar do quarto 25, mas imediatamente, me colocaram em outro quarto. A galera que trabalha é super educada e atenciosa!

O hotel Costa do sol boutique hotel, possui um otima infraestrutura. Quartos confortaveis bem limpos, o hotel era muito bonito e bem organizado. Os servicos do hotel (servico de quarto, spa e lavanderia) de otima qualidade. Os unicos problemas que eu tive foram com o ar condicionado e chuveiro, mas que foram resolvidos na hora.
