More like a 2 star hotel

Sent here 12 years ago and was very satisfied. Today I would rather call it a 2 star hotel. We stayed one night in July 2024 and was given a room where the door to the bathroom didn't close, the corner of the ceiling was covered in mould from an obvious water leak of some kind. The fridge was barely cold. If you stay here, at least stay away from room 104 I would say. That one should be closed or renovated.

The room was extremely small with no window, and no room for even a single chair. However, the bathroom was very large and comfortable, and so was the bed, for that matter! There is no lift/elevator, so be aware that if your room is not on the ground floor, you must be able to carry your luggage.

Hotel confortável e bem localizado.

O hotel esta muito bem localizado em Brindisi e sao muito atenciosos. Ficam com as malas caso chegue antecipadamente no hotel ou precise fazer check out e rodar a cidade. O quarto é bem limpo e organizado. Infelizmente nos corredores tem cheiro bem forte de cigarro, mas isso não chega aos quartos. O box do banheiro estava entupido, então a agua demorava a escoar para fora, tendo que algumas vezes fechar o registro, deixar a agua baixar e então retornar ao banho. O quarto não possuia janela, para nós não foi um problema, mas possivelmente para outras pessoas dê uma sensação claustrofóbica. No mais, o atendimento foi excelente, chamaram taxi para nós e nos trataram muito bem.

Un bon petit hôtel, très bien situé, avec un personnel très agréablepae contre, il n'y avait pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Pas de décoration non plus, donc sszz austère. Une grande salle de bains, elle, avec fenêtre, mis qu'il ne valait mieux pas ouvrir, a cause de l'odeur. La raison sans doute pour laquelle des prises avec parfums d'ambiance étaient dans la chambre... Pas de couette, couverture ou édredon en cas de froid la nuit, ce qui m'est arrivé. Petit déjeuner simpliste.

Hotel incómodo.

Recepción con Enrico excelente, no tiene ascensor, hab pequeña e incómoda, hay q abrir la maleta encima de la cama, no luces de lectura, baño sin ningún lugar de apoyo para los utensilios de aseo. Sugerencias:estanterías en el baño, reposa maletas en hab. Desayuno, malisimo, solo café y un dulce. Feliciten a Enrico en recepción.

Mauvaise communication de la plate-forme à l'hôtel. Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 4 lits pour 5. Pas de solutions apportée par l'hôtel sauf moyennant finance... Salle à manger en travaux donc pas de petit déjeuner. Nous avons été envoyé au coffre shop du coin sans être avertis. Résultat un café (thé en supplement!!) et un croissant. Aucune culture client

A little bit worn out. Very olde fashioned bathroom. Newer ones to be seen on pictures. But very clean in general and a comfortable bed. Sufficient for one night. If I had booked a longer period I would have been disappointed.

As always the staff are friendly and helpful, even carrying our suitcase on both arriving and leaving. The only criticism is a poor choice of breakfast which we hope will improve one day. In the meantime we will continue to use this hotel as its proximity to both the station and centre is brilliant.
