O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, mas está abandonada

Estrutura e localização excelentes, porém sem cuidados e manutenção adequadas. Poderiam investir mais em consertar e pintar. Decoração nos ambientes também faria grande diferença. O café da manhã foi muito abaixo da média (serviram suco tang) e a variedade de frutas era muito pequena.

Gostamos de tudo, estávamos de passagem, indo para Maceió. Essa foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos nesse hotel e mais uma vez foi tudo muito bom, piscina funcionando, café da manhã simples mas tudo gostoso, atendimento muito bom. Pretendemos voltar outras vezes.

Não foi uma boa experiência. Muita desorganização. O meu primeiro quarto o chek in só foi feito 16h com 2h de atraso devido a bagunça da limpeza dos quartos no hotel. O meu segundo quarto só conseguimos entrar às 19h ou seja, 5h de atraso. Não indico para ninguém. Café da manhã muito ruim. Ovos crus mal feitos. Sem variedades. Repete todo dia a mesma coisa. Poucas opções. Faltava talheres, pratos e etc. e a fila ficava enorme de hóspedes. Sem controle de pessoas. Qualquer poderia entrar no hotel e ir tomar café.

Internet nao funcionou, estacionamento nao tem acesso direto ao hotel, muito ruim. No banheiro nao tinha toalha de chao, muito ruim o quarto fica todo molhado. Nao tinha cobertor nos quartos, tinha que pedir na recepcao. Cafe da manha sem muita variedade.

Uma experiência diferente, não recomendo o hotel, questão de segurança n tem nenhuma, viajo bastante e até os hotéis mais simples os hóspedes usam pulseiras de identificação. Lá não tem, entra e sai, sobe e desce qual qualquer pessoa a qualquer, o café da manhã deixou a desejar bastante, não tem muita opção, a recepção parece um feira, muita bagunça, barulho, gente almoçando, jantando na recepção. O elevador quebrado, o wi-fi nao pegava no quarto... Não recomendo, o hotel é bacaninha, porém necessita de uma liderança de verdade.

Pior hotel da minha vida.

Pior hotel que já fiquei, parece que não vê uma boa limpeza há anos. Camas e travesseiros ruins, ar condicionados muito barulhentos, banheiro sujo e sem nenhum lugar para apoiar sabonete e shampoo. Estacionamento de difícil acesso e fora do prédio. Mas a pior parte foi tentar tomar banho e a água sair marrom do chuveiro e da pia. Ser barato não justifica tamanha falta de qualidade. Vergonhoso, total descaso.

Não vale o preço.

Em regra geral o quarto estava muito limpo, a cama é muito confortável, porém o ar-condicionado parecia uma hélice de helicóptero, era um barulho infernal, parecia que as peças estavam soltas dentro do ar, era um ar-condicionado de janela. E o café da manhã tbm achei bem pobre, em relação a o outro hotel da mesma rede, que o café é bem vasto, com várias opções.
