Clean and quiet but uncomfortable bed
My stay was quiet and clean. However, the bed was not comfortable to me and I slept very poorly. It was a very firm mattress which caused me some pain at night.

The hotel is very comfortable. In need of some renovation. The ice maker did not work in the room. The floor in the kitchen was beat up. The beds were comfortable and the pool/spa area was very nice. Great little breakfast area with good food.

It was geared for families; we had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite and it was perfect for what we needed. They had free continental breakfast each morning with a great variety and a great pool area with a kiddie pool, large pool and hot tub. The pool was flooded on our last day, so we weren't able to enjoy it, but the staff were really attentive and offered the kids free snacks for the inconvenience. The couch wasn't very comfortable, and the cushions kept sinking in, the chairs in the dining lobby area had a lot of wear and tear on them as well but during our stay, they did replace all of them with alternate chairs. Overall, it was a great stay, we will definitely return!!

For the amount of money spent on this hotel for one night ($414.14 CDN) I expected it to be a little more upscale. The hallways were very messy with marked walls, the pool area was an absolute disaster and no ventilation, the suite itself, the kitchen floor was all ripped and the refrigerator dented, and the rooms could’ve been a lot cleaner. Not that it was a complete write off, but there could’ve been, much better upkeep on that place for the price you pay.

The stay was fine but the check in was terrible! We had to wait over an hour to get to a room. Excuses were the lack of staff to handle the amount of rooms vacated from the night before. I do understand and they were handling a lot of disgruntled clients due to this. They did do good keeping their cool. The room was good. A little tattered here and there but seemed clean enough especially with those conditions.

We thought the staff was courteous and helpful.
Our 1 bedroom suite was adequate...Unfortunately, the sofa(fold-out bed) was worn out. The seat cushions were shot. Was not comfortable to sit on. Our sons plans changed at the last minute... so we didnt need the sleeper sofa. That needs to be replaced ASAP!!

Broken hot tub/kids splash pool, poor housekeeping
The outside of the hotel and the main floor are elegant. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast had many options. Unfortunately, the room was dirty. The bedroom was not properly vacuumed and the tv stand dresser was dusty/ dirty. My toddler crawled under the dining table and came out with a used glucometer strip( had blood in it). I went to go warm up milk for my baby in the microwave and it was dirty. We were there 3+ days and housekeeping never came to do "light" housekeeping. We asked at the front desk if we needed to request housekeeping and they," no, as long as you don't put out the sign, they will clean your room". They never did.
We went to take our 3 toddlers down to the kids splash pool. The water feature did not work and the water was cold. I went to use the hot tub and it was also broken. We talked to the staff and they stated they didn't know why it was broken and had no idea when it would be fixed. The pool/hot tub is one of main reasons we stay at a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel, I would suggest staying at the Country Inn & Suites or the Holiday Inn Express instead.

Breakfast was excellent, very disappointed the hot tub wasn't available. Pool and baby pool needed a good cleaning. Room our bottom bed skirt was filthy. Beds were okay for comfort. Kitchen was beautiful and clean. Staff was excellent!
