Great hotel; location, service and ambiance
After a couple of bad experiences with other Bangkok hotels, it was such a pleasure to check-in to the Novotel for my last few days in the city.
The property is clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are simple but comfortable.

We booked 2 rooms specifically because we are a family of 5. Upon booking we needed to put in our children’s ages, 16, 14, and 10 years old. When we got to the hotel we were given two rooms with 2 Twin beds in each, not enough beds to sleep and were told to share beds or pay for a roll away, which was a ridiculous price for what it was.
