A nice hideout with a sunset

The resort has everything and and a nice sunset. Everything is fine. Just the English standard of the staff need to improve for non Japanese tourists. One of the staff Ami , was the only one speak English and could help us.

The property was very nice modern and clean. The staff was very friendly but they need more English speaking staff. The beach was disappointing, the sand was yellowish and one could hardly walk to the shore because of the small pieces of coral in it. The restaurant Hanare was the best!!!!!! Loved the 10 course dinner. That chef deserves a Michellin star! Great for families with small kids.

プールヴィラに宿泊しましたが、プール自体はあまり清掃がされてないのか藻がついてたりして長い時間入る気がしなかった。プールサイドにあったソファのようなものも床についてる部分がかなり汚れていたりして座りたくなかった。プールヴィラはあまり数もないと思うのでその辺の清潔感は保つようにしてくれると嬉しいです。

初めて宿泊しましたが、想像以上に素晴らしい環境でした。ただ、残念ながら防風林のため部屋から海は見えませんでした。海まで歩いてすぐ行けるので散歩がてらぶらぶらしてみました。砂浜、海が綺麗ですし、特に桟橋の景色が素晴らしいです。夕食はISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHENを利用しました。ブッフェ形式で料理の種類も多く満足できました。

Sehr schöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage! Check-in sehr gut. Die Lage ist eher ruhig und entspannt abseits von Stadt und Trubel. Es stehen verschiedene Restaurants, mit verschiedenen Küchen und in unterschiedlichen Preiskategorien zur Verfügung. Strand und Poollandschaft mit Lifeguards. Schwimm/Badebereich am Strand ist durch ein Netz vom offenen Meer getrennt um Quallen etc. aus diesem Bereich zu halten. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen! Gerne wieder!

첫 날에 수피리어트윈 일박 후 72.5만원에 월요일에 투숙한 오션뷰 테라스룸에 왔습니다, 거기엔 어메너티가 조금 더 있네요. 바디로션이 있는 것을 보고 경악했습니다. 근데 여긴 무료 생수도 제공하지 않는 호텔입니다, 그냥 플라스틱 병에 떠다 마시라고 병을 빌려주네요. 46만원 방에는 없고 72만원 방에만 있는 바디 로션이라니.. 면봉도 있고..종아리 주무르는 기계도 있어요. 조금 쓸데 없어보이는 안면스팀기도.. 뷰는 괜찮지만 3층이라 그닥 볼게 없었어요. 일단 룸은 수피리어트윈보다는 좋지만 이정도 가격의 리조트에서 기대할만한 고급진 느낌은 전혀 없습니다, 3성 비지니스 호텔 중에 매우 연식이 느껴지는 느낌이라고 보시면 됩니다. 일몰 포인트 가진 스노클링 해변이라고 괜히 예약했지만, 이틀 지내는 동안 흐려서 일몰은 제대로 볼 수도 없이 끝났고, 바다는 그냥 볼 게 없어요. 가본 바다 중 최악의 상태입니다. 제가 괌 사이판 빈탄 몰디브 발리 니스 등등의 해변에서 놀아봤는데, 여기가 최악이에요. 충격의 바다 상태입니다.누가 여길 좋다고 써놓은 걸까요. 그냥 외부업체 투어에서 만타를 본 경험이 없었으면 진짜 시간과 돈이 아까운 여행이었어요. 방을 바꾸는 연박에도 그냥 칼처럼 11시 퇴실 3시 입실이에요. 그래도 짐은 옮겨주네요. 영어하는 직원이 적어어 그것도 충격입니다. 절대 고급 리조트는 아니에요.

이 가격에는 너무 실망스런 곳입니다.

5월 중순 일요일 투숙 수피리어 트윈 46.5만원 1박하고 오션뷰 1박 72.5만원이었습니다.진에어에서 내려 12:10셔틀을 바로 타고, 1시 전에 도착했는데, 룸이 준비되지 않았다고 2시 이후에 오라고 했으나, 2시에도 준비되지 않아 결국 3시가 넘어 체크인 했습니다. 룸은 비교적 넓었지만 가격에 비해 매우 소박하고, 낡은 느낌을 주며, 어메너티가 너무 없어서 샴푸, 린스.' 바디젤이 끝이더군요. 심지어 바디로션도 없음. 그러니 칫솔이나 빗이나 면봉은 전혀 찾아볼 수 없었습니다. 수건도 너무 오래되고 얇은 느낌이네요. 2일 일정이라서 외부 투어는 안 하고 고급리조트를 즐겨볼 계획이었으나, 첫날 스노클링해보고, ㅈ되었다는 것을 알았습니다. 바다는 먼지같은 것으로 덮여있고, 피라미 보다도 작은 2cm정도의 가느다란 파란 고기와, 가끔 보이는 공격적인 트리거 피쉬, 커다란 물빛은 고기 몇 마리 말고는 볼 게 없습니다. 해파리 막기위한 네트가 있어 물고기가 더 전멸한 느낌이고, 일단 물이 탁해서 진짜 별로였어요. 그래서 당장 다음날 만타 보는 투어를 예약했습니다. 4시간에 12만5천엔이었나요. 호텔로비 투어 데스크 직원이 영어를 못해서 번역기로 씨름했습니다. 근데 투어는 외부업체를 주선해주는 것이긴 하지만, 자세한 내용도 모르더군요. 업체에 가서 웻수트 등의 장비를 착용하고 간다더니, 바로 항구로 갔고, 웻수트는 다 추가금이 발생하는 거였어요. 주는 건 스노클링장비(입에 무는 것)와 핀과 구명 조끼가 끝입니다. 심지어 영어도 잘은 못 하는 사람이에요. 운좋게 만타를 만났지만, 스노클링 포인트라는 게 물고기가 진짜 2.5제곱 미터 이내에만 존재하는 커다란 바위 하나였어요. 그에 비해 너무 비싼 투어였습니다. 조식당은 아시안 보다는 웨스턴이 낫습니다. 아시안에는 음식도 적지만, 파리가 계속 음식에 붙어서 짜증났어요.

部屋も清潔でお掃除が完璧でした。スタッフも、とても親切でした。施設もいろいろあって大浴場が気に入りました。レストランbold kitchenは朝食も夕食もとても美味しかったです。歩いて行ける周辺は何もないので、6日間滞在でしたので昼食用のレストランがもう一件あったらいいなと思いました。

部屋は広かったが古くかったです。大浴場の湯はぬるかったです。プールはよかったですが、ビーチは濁った水であまり奇麗ではありませんでした。部屋からゴキブリがなんと3匹も続きで出ました。最初は敷地内で使えるクーポンで我慢しましたが、 3匹目で結局耐えれず部屋を変えてもらいました。

はじめ行きましたが、とにかく敷地が広くプールから海まで直結でかなり良し！朝食レストランも2ヶ所に分かれておりメニューも豊富！とにかく広さにびっくりです！ダメなところは、お風呂の換気扇がおそらく音だけで回ってなく、個人的にドライヤーもまた少しグレードアップしてほしいなと… でもスタッフの方々もあたたかいし100点です！
