Razoável considerando toda a expectativa que existia antes da estadia. O valor da diária é muito caro para o que o hotel entrega, portanto merecia mais em detalhes importantes, como um café da manhã mais diversificado e toalhas de banho de qualidade melhor. Nós hospedamos em Gramado no hotel Valle Dincanto após fomos para o hotel colin de France e deixamos por último e chave de ouro o hotel san andrews, a experiência não foi igual ou melhor que os hotéis citados anteriormente, não fomos apresentados ao hotel, chegamos e fomos para a piscina, pedi uma taça de champanhe no qual levou 50 minutos para deter entre, mandei msg q tínhamos saído da piscina e fomos no lago em frente ao hotel aguardar a taça de boas vindas que nao recebemos, então mandei msg no whats se eu poderia pedir de fora do hote para entregarem uma garrafa de champanhe para brindarmos nosso mais um ano de namoro, e no whats diziam que estavam levando, mas nunca chegava, após 50 minutos chegaram com uma garrafa. Estávamos com grande expectativa que no san andrews seria perfeito em tudo, creio que o atendimento conta muito, por isso retornamos nos hotéis anteriores, eles sempre nos oferecendo algo para nos deixarem a vontade, mimos no quarto na chegada e saída. O café no mirante foi uma experiência incrível, espero vontar em breve e ter uma nova experiência. Obrigado.

O staff do hotel é PERFEITO e eles realmente fazem a diferença. Todos, sem exceção. Já as instalações precisam melhorar um pouco. O Hotél é maravilhoso, fica dentro de um condomíno, muito bem localizado, um belo jardim e arquitetura clássica. Possui experiências de vinho e gourmet muito boas. O Staff é sensacional !!! Reservamos um apto luxo e não sabia que era no prédio anexo, porém pegamos uma semana de muita chuva e o café da manhã fica no prédio principal, fiz um upgrade para o superluxo e resolveu o problema
