Very cheap and it was perfect for me as I was looking for a bed for the night. I have no need to look for a place for dinner or breakfast. unfortunately on morning there was no hot water in the shower so it was a very, very quick wake up.

Very happy with my stay. The hotel manager was very accommodating and friendly. Helped me with parking and was very responsive to my requests. Will definitely stay here whenever I’m in Cheltenham. Hotel and room met my expectations. The breakfast tray and fresh fruit in the room was a nice touch.

Hotel is in a good location 15 minutes walk from the town centre with shops and restaurants. This however is massively let down by very poor communication with the actual hotel. Upon arrival all we where presented with was a phone number to call to be sent the details on how to access our room this is not what I was expecting after a 3 hour drive. The hotel itself IV very dated with very basic facilities. There was no breakfast provided and at £82 a night then price is very steep for what is offered for a similar price there are other hotels available
