The hotel has 2 buildings - one is only hotel rooms n is definitely nicer and feels like a 4 or 5 star property. The other building is the apartment only property called Residence which is large apartments but lousy and the lobby looks like some cheap 2 or 3 star hotel.. and being very reasonable on price, it attracts that kind of crowds as well.. totally avoidable.. unless ur only requirement in a hotel is lots of room space..else just go for an other hotel.. even the location is lousy..

The hotel was in a great location, opposite Naif rd if you enjoy cheap shopping. It was big and clean. However, breakfast although in the revolving restaurant, was extremely busy and often food as well as cutlery would run out and there would be no where to sit. The variety was little and tasted average. The apartment was spacious and comfortable

The amenities such as the gym were great. It was well maintained and clean. Unfortunately things start to fall apart with the service. The location is central, however not exactly a nice part of Dubai.

Good apartment with modern amenities. The building is occupied by different types of tenants which is typical of the location. Uber was easily accessible. Small convenience store on the ground floor. Nice view from the apartment. Checkin staff could have been more helpful and polite. People who delivered the luggage to the room were nice.

Little feedback. Please work on your communication responses to my email or phone calls were horrible. Please note not every traveler is from India. Please learn that some of your security features are a little horrible and intimidating at times made me feel like as if I had stole something. Example checking out had someone check the room and the fridge while i was in the room. If you are truely 5 star hotel let’s please act like one. Apart from that stay was nice location is great.

The reception waiting was terrible. For such a busy hotel only one person are at the reception. Room service is more or less not in existence. I called serval times, hardly they pic the calls. I checked out and left my luggage behind. When l came 4 hours later, my luggage was still at the lobby area. I asked why? I was told they have no storage to put my luggage I found this so ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. The lobby looks rough and rowdy.

Estivemos hospedados no Hyatt por 9 dias e a experiência foi excelente. O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a estações de metrô e ônibus, o que facilita bastante os deslocamentos. O apartamento é amplo, bem cuidado e confortável. Embora a recepção seja bastante movimentada, com um pouco de paciência fomos muito bem atendidos. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos, o que contribuiu para uma estadia agradável. O hotel é grande, e a área de lazer fica no prédio principal, separada dos apartamentos. Isso não atrapalhou em nada, pelo contrário, aproveitamos bastante! O café da manhã é excelente, muito completo e merece destaque especial. Ótimo atendimento e qualidade. Certamente voltaremos!
