Well first of all building is covered with scaffolding...Builders working . All fire exits are wide open on each floor you may find some stray cats inside the hotels careful not to trip over but one thing to remember scabbies in Turkey a big problem so make sure to not touch any stray animal in Turkey. Checked in to room , there is a massive electric cable sticking out! Went down to switch room as it is unsafe as middle of night I go to toilet as everyone else.The room they gave me stank of cigarettes yellow stained bathroom area seats shower area. Most of the Bulbs inside the rooms are missing .TV Cabinet is shaking near to crumble.... Will I come back again? Big NO!

Katlardaki halılar çok pisti, odadaki tuvalet kağıdının istünde yapışık şekilde saçlar vardı üstüne başka bir tuvalet kağıdı koymuşlar gözükmesin diye maalesef midemiz bulandı. Oda temizliği iyiydi ancak yastıklar ve yatak rahatsızdı. Bir daha tercih etmem

Leider hat dieses Hotel die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Bei Buchung einer Deluxe Suite habe ich eine mindestens gute Leistung erwartet. Die angegebene Parkmöglichkeiten waren nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Haben wir veraltete Möbel, Böden, und Handtücher angetroffen. Gewünscht war. Ein Nichtraucherzimmer jedoch waren überall Zigarettenflecken und Asche zu finden. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, den Raum vor der morgendlichen Sonne zu schützen sowie sich vom lauten Klimaanlage zu entziehen. Das Frühstück war nicht wie angegeben vorbereitet, so dass für uns von einer freundlichen Dame erst ein Frühstück zubereitet wurde. Fazit : kein gepflegtes Haus, keine gepflegten Handtücher, keine gepflegte Ausstattung und auch nicht Deluxe.

This is an horrible hotel. room smells exremelly bad, missing light bulbs, missing outlet covers which is dangerous, carpets are very dirty and stained, sheets are very very old, towels like sand paper, no soap. no breakfast. I was very disappointed. DO NOT stay..

Médiocre de chez médiocre ! Nous avions réservés 2 chambres et aucune n’était potable : odeur d’humidité extrêmement forte , fenêtre cassée , poils sur le lit , draps taches , plafond qui se décollait moquette sale , tache de moisissure, paquet de cigarette qui trainait par terre , nous avons de suite fait appel aux réceptionnistes , ces derniers ne trouvaient rien d’anormal ils nous ont proposés d’autres chambres qui étaient aussi sales , à nos côtés il y’avait aussi d’autres clients qui se plaignaient de l’hygiène , à se demander pourquoi 🤔 nous avions réservés pour 7 jours mais nous sommes partis au bout de quelques heures en y laissant la somme car les membres du personnel ne voulaient rien savoir , nous avons même fait appel au directeur qui lui aussi n’as pas voulu nous rembourser même en lui prouvant par A+B , quelle honte ! Et dire que c’est censé être un hôtel 4 étoiles ..
