We received an email asking if what time we wanted to check out. Everything from 7am - 12pm were given as options. I selected 12pm. We had the cleaning lady tell my adult kids, "If you aren't out by 1230am, I'll have to charge you. Also, there was no hot water. The comforter also had what appeared to be black mascara or ashes on it. We have stayed here plenty of times. Every time before this trip has been nothing but great.

Normally we stay here every year. But this year our room was not up to par. There was mold around the light socket, and you could see the water inside of the alarm on the wall. We had asked the front desk to swap room and they only had kings available. You would think that they would have house keeping come up and clean the mold, but they didn't we had to ask for a spray bottle to clean it. Then the fire alarm went off at 3am and you couldn't hear it from our room. You could only see the flashing light from the bathroom.

The pool

My husband and I stayed there because they have an indoor pool and we were not informed that it was closed when we made the reservation. That was basically the reason we stayed there. I recently had back surgery and my husband swims daily. Besides that everything was good.

The beds were in the ground! There was a box spring and a mattress. On the floor. The shower did not drain so you stood in water to shower. The pillows were hard and tiny. The whole place smelled musty.
