Bad reception service, no room service, awful treatment at the front desk girls, they wanted to charged me more than the stablished rate by expedia, only 3-hour included breakfast just with fruit, bread, cereal and coffee... if you want anything else you have to pay for it. The only thing that saves this hotel is the mall close to it.

Pésima experiencia. Hice reserva con 2 meses de anticipación y no la respetaron, nos dijeron que todo lleno el hotel, que las reservas por aplicaciones externas no las respetan, nunca hubo un gerente que nos atendiera, el personal grosero después de nuestra frustración de no tener habitación y ya era noche, hubo más gente que le hicieron lo mismo, nos cambiaron de hotel después de 2 horas pero más caro, en el otro nos trataron con la punta del pie, el cuarto oliendo a humedad, carísimo y súper sencillo, el baño chico, las camas chicas, sin toallas, el desayuno continental , no lo recomiendo y sobre todo que no hubo quien diera la cara, el personal sobre vendió las habitaciones
