This property was clean with friendly staff. Close to shopping and great restaurants. Trevi fountain and spanish steps within walking distance. Other attractions a short taxi ride away. Also not too far from the train. Definitely a great place to stay.

Extremely good location in the middle of all the major monuments--minutes from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, the Vatican and Colosseum are ~30 minute walks (in opposite directions). The staff was fantastic, very accommodating and responsive. If you're looking for a high-end hotel experience, look elsewhere since the building is historic (e.g. janky elevator), but if you're looking for a base to explore the highlights of Rome at a very reasonable price for the area, it's hard to do better.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff was super helpful and polite. Very good restaurant below building. Located in what is jokingly called “Heaven for women and hell for men”. ALL the high-end sores are within a very easy walk. LV is literally 100 feet away. Would definitely recommend. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Superb family accommodation in heart of Rome

Really central to all sights in Rome. Easy to get to from Spagna metro stop ( 5min walk). Mezzanine room perfect for family if 4. Fridge, Kettle & nespresso machine perfect for breakfast in room with delicious pastries from downstairs cafe. Coffee area has more coffee pods/ supplies/ cups& plates if needed. Highly recommend for family break in Rome

This was a great stay for us, the location is central and very ideal for walking. The air conditioner didn’t work very well but the overall room was nice. However we really struggled finding it. I wish there were more photos or instructions for how to find the apartment. For future reference (to other travelers) if you find the restaurant Vitti the entrance is to the right of that in the square (you’ll see a church entrance as well) you then ring the buzzer to splendor suites and take the elevator to the 4th floor.

Amazing location and fit our needs

The Splendor Suites was a great place for our family to stay. The location was incredible to be able to walk around the main sites of Rome with some great shopping, restaurants and gelato right outside the door. This is a great place if you are coming and have a family with kids. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids age 8, 6, 6. The room we had was a little quirky as the roof was very low and sloped in the kitchen and the room the kids slept in that make it not really functional for adults or if you plan to use the kitchen heavily. We didn't use the kitchen so it was perfect for us. Couldn't give 5 stars as many of the finishes look nice, but are pretty cheap. Door frame fell apart on 2 doors while we were there. They fixed it very quick. Would stay again.

The entire experience was great. The accommodations were perfect and as advertised. The location was perfect for exploring all of Rome with short walks to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was very helpful in everything from arranging pickup/drop off services to letting us check in a little early to allow our kids to clean up. My only feedback is that there were some light bulbs out within the apartment. It was fine for us but would have been nice to have some of the bulbs working in order to not disturb people sleeping or to better see when we were packing up late night. Dont get me wrong. How to find the hotel

Great spot. To locate the hotel find the Audemars Puget watch store. When facing the store go to the left. There is a small outdoor hallway that dead ends into a Baptist church. Take the stairs and go to the 4th floor where you will find the lobby (there is an elevator but you need an access code). Enjoy your stay and remember the walls are thin in Rome so respect your neighbors and be quiet!

My wife and I stayed here for two days back in May of this year. We had a great stay. We arrived after check in hours and were able to obtain our key from the front desk (we were sent a very helpful instructional video). The area around the property is absolutely charming and wonderful. Right outside are amazing shops and restaurants. It felt incredibly safe at nighttime. It was an easy walk to major sightseeing attractions. Our room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. The only downside is that the shower flooded the bathroom easily (but this is a common occurrence with European showers it seems). The hotel also has an elevator, which was very nice and hard to find! We would definitely love to stay here again!
