Good location. Spa not so much.

Good location, just a 4 minute walk to Ild Town. The room was small and basic but clean. The room was good enough to sleep in but not a good place to spend much time. The breakfast buffett was nice and was well attended by the staff. The pool area was a nice daily break but only a few chairs in the pool area. There were only 2 lounge chairs. For a hotel with "Spa" in the name, the spa was very disappointing. We tried to book a massage as soon as the office opened on our first day. We could not get an appointment during any of the 4 days of our stay. The hotel is good for a short stay and to enjoy the pool but we I would bot choose it for a spa vacation.

The room was very sterile and we was able to hear the street loudly from the 3 floor. It was very warm inside but we were able to open the window. The spa was more a swimming area for sport with a small “spa” it was not relaxing because of the loud whistle from the water sports. The water was not enough warm. The saunas was not included in the room. That was a big boomer! Breakfast was good, would be nice with more fresh fruits. Location of the hotel was great walking distance to everything. Old town was 1 street away. Food store and nice restaurants closely. If u are not enjoying spa then this hotel was good!

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights . We were charged extra €36 for rollaway bed . According to hotel website each room can acclimate 4 guests so in 2 rooms there were 5 of us . We emailed hotel about rollaway bed no reply received . First night we could not sleep as on ground floor busy road and pedestrians on one side and people running in the corridor the whole night . We complained and our rooms were changed. In these rooms the bathrooms smelled of sewage with mildew & mould in between tiles . We complained and were told to leave bathroom door , room door & window open ! As vegetarians we were given ‘ham’ sandwiches

Huone oli uusittu ja kauniisti sisustettu. Hyvät sängyt ja tyynyt. lisävuode tuolissa oli liian lyhyt 15-vuotiaalle nuorelle. En tiedä, olisiko saanut täysimittaisen lisävuoteen huoneeseen. Kylpylä oli kiva ja hotellin sijainti oli tosi hyvä ihan vanhankaupungin vieressä. Aamupala oli pettymys. Sen piti kestää klo 11 asti. Tulimme vähän 10 jälkeen mutta monet tuotteet olivat loppu, eikä niitä täydennetty. Leipävalikoima lähinnä paahtoleipää. En tiedä oliko aiemmin ollut sämpylöitä - myös croissantit loppu kun tulimme.

Good hotel with large water centre at the edge of old-town Tallinn. Rooms quite spacious and comfortable with good beds. Breakfast excellent with a wide range of choices and long breakfast opening times.

The hotel has seen better days

Honestly, I expected better. The hotel is clearly in need of some maintenance. To start with, the elevator got stuck between floors and we had to climb out. Both of our room keys required multiple attempts to work, and although we reported the issue to reception, they didn’t seem very concerned. After showering, the bathroom had a strong urine odor, which makes me think the floor wasn’t cleaned properly or that the caulk/silicone has absorbed the smell and releases it when wet. I don’t expect anything luxurious from an economy room, but I do expect it to be clean.

L'hôtel est proche de la vieille ville. Le spa est bien et il est adapté aux familles avec enfants. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux. Les chambres sont propres mais la décoration est vieille. Le personnel est sympathique. Bon séjour.
