All the staff were very friendly and so accommodating! It is also a very kid friendly resort. The staff were so sweet to our kids. Parking design should be slanted for cars on both sides. Motorcycle can be park for both ends to save space. It was hard getting in and out specially when vehicles are parked behind you. Otherwise- Aziza is an awesome place to stay with Family or alone. This was my 5th time staying in Aziza.

An oasis in the middle of a worn out neighborhood. This place is great. The food and service was 5 star and the airport shuttle was very convenient. It’s a resort, so they have a full service spa so my wife and I scheduled a1 hour message for ourselves and facials for our daughters, both were very affordable. The pool felt great, even in the rain. The room was very comfortable but the water took a long time to get warm. There’s no elevator but the staff is very helpful with the luggage. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel literally at the very last minute as our previously arranged accommodations did not work out. Found this site on Expedia and booked from there. The accommodations were better then other places but there is still a lot of improvement that could be done. Overall staff was friendly, few spoke English and because of the langue barrier I think some became timid in offering assistance. Yet some staff went above and beyond for us. The tours offered through the hotel was nice, affordable and friendly. The rooms were disappointing not very clean. Housekeeping did not come to our room to clean until around 430 every day (we stayed 2 nights). We had to call the front desk 3 different times to have our toilet unclogged even when all we did was pee. The restaurant was open early and did offer a good variety of food for buffet. But once the food was gone no more was made. So if you didn’t get to the breakfast early you choices were limited. I really dislike giving bad reviews and struggles with writing this one, but want other to be aware of what to expect when staying here. Really hoping that hotel management will read these reviews and find ways to improve the hotel and the service offered.

The hotel has no sense of customer service, they made me pay 500 pesos for a broken glass. If you want an espresso you have to pay extra at breakfast, it's an incredible first time in my life that I've seen such rules. When you pay, the hotel doesn't have change. Really bad experience.
