The food is various and delicious. You always fond something. They prepare also extra food of you need, they help you wherever you want it. The gym is nice, perfect temperature good music. The dumbbell selection could be more, as the jumps between the weights are too high. Other hotels are better here. People super friendly, pool area great, animation not too pushy but also present, perfect. Evening program funny and differs every day, entertaining. Great hotel

It was very relaxing , very clean. The room met our expectations. The staff were amazing , multilingual The night show was ok , but can be better. I did like the violin lady play duing dinner, she was awesome. I was disappointed she didn't play on the next day. The staff iverall were amazing, very clean hotel, swimming pool ,food. I don’t think i will visit this hotel again

This is my second visit, this place used to be amazing, but now it is ok. The cleanliness is excellent, first day i arrived there was no water in our room for more than 4 hours, and on and off for the next 3 days, i requested an iron to use, when i wasn’t in my room they took it without telling and i found it was the only one for the whole floor, the entertainment for the first 2 days was very boring and ok for the rest… the food was very good…they used to give 2 vouchers for the Italian and Mexican restaurants… now they don’t and when i ask why they said policy have changed…on my checkout day they kept calling every 15 mins to tell me that i have to checkout today or i will pay extra penalty 40$
