Valor da diária sustentada por um hotel cheio de poluição visual (propaganda)… uma região boa (frente ao lago)… estacionamento desorganizado… banheiro ruim… cama ruim… sem qq “conforto”… café da manhã razoável… (fiquem longe dos ovos mexidos)… esse hotel precisa de uma reforma URGENTE… para atender o público que visita Gramado

Foi uma boa estádia, já ficamos outra vez e o hotel tem o que precisamos... Mais teria que haver uma pessoa responsável por dar uma olhada na piscina,.havia uma criança sozinha que pulava na banheira e na piscina e gritava muito sem nenhum responsável... No nosso quarto tinha muito mosquito e.estavamos.ao lado dos motores do Ar e eles fazem barulho. São coisas simples de.resolver... e claro o pessoal que quer vender cota na saída do café da manhã... Estão infernizando a cidade, vc saí do café e eles já te atacam para fazer convite.
