Lovely stay for myself and my partner as our first night away without our baby. Room was lovely, I was apprehensive after reading some negative reviews but our stay proved them wrong. Beautiful room, comfy beds. Only negatives I’d say were the heating didn’t work and you could hear the noise from outside. Staff were all lovely and accommodating.

The hotel was in a great location. Not too far a walk to the centre. Right next door to James street train station. The breakfast was pretty average and the roof top bar was small and quiet but all the staff were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely, interesting old building. All was clean apart from window sills in bedroom. Butl they are old windows .Lovely view of Albert docks from 5th floor room. Very big room with jacuzzi and small kitchen. The staff were very friendly . Right next James Street Station.

The place is about to shut down for a refit so the place is left in rack and ruin and no one cares as all have no jobs in a few weeks I felt for the staff but the photos they show is nothing like the rooms you get at all sorry they should just close untill the refit and not rip people off Sorry team you have to work with this going on. Would like to stay after and see your refit.
