We were only here one night and we checked in late. We were not happy to hear there was no onsite parking available. However, friendly staff and easy late check out options made up for it.

The staff is really helpful and kind. I had a few hours free to go around after the check-out and they kept my luggage so I didn't have to go around with them, I just had to come back and take it.

The staff was consistently helpful and friendly! Also, don't worry about the language barrier; they have interpretation devices handy when needed. Anything you need, just ask. I would definitely stay there again. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. The location was wonderful. The train station is just around the corner as well as a mini mart and walkable restaurants. Great price. Lovely staff.

私の宿泊した部屋はシングルルームでしたがベッドやテレビ、シャワールーム等の配置が良く過ごしやすかったです。スタッフさんの対応も親切で何かあってもすぐに相談出来る安心感がありました。アメニティやドリンクなどが自由に選んで部屋へ持っていけるようにフロント近くに揃っていて良かったです。１階にコンビニがあったのが更に便利でした。

カウンタースタッフの方々がとても丁寧で好感が持てました。
とても応対に安心感が持てました。
館内に飲み物の自販機が2階に2台のみというのには不便を感じました。
氷が無料は大変嬉しく思いましたが、設置されていた3階は、廊下がタバコの臭いがキツく感じたので、他の階層にあった方が良かったです。
