Good hotel. AC didn't work properly during night.

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff and nice layout with good breakfast. When we checked in the room hadn't been cleaned enough (found hair in the bathroom and the bed), so asked the reception to send up a cleaner to fix the bathroom and change the bedsheet. The other days the cleaning was good. The beach right outside the hotel was to stoney to enjoy, but only a 5 min walk away was a better part on the beach with really nice sand. The AC stopped working properly in the middle of the night (almost every night) so we had to restart it when we woke up in the morning. After restart it worked good and gave us cold air.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The hotel is in a quiet location, but close to the city center. Right next door is a bay with piers and a promenade runs along the beach. The rooms are typical for a hotel of this level. Partial sea view may mean a room on the first floor, from where the view is more of the pool. The breakfast is varied enough. The staff is helpful. I tried to get a late check-out this time too, although they first gave me the impression that it was possible, but this time it didn't work either.

Great Hotel at Great Price Rooms perfect with plenty of space free safety deposit box. Daily Housekeeping Superb Only negative was Fridge was not very cold at all Breakfast excellent with wide range of choice to suit all. Pool area clean and tidy with lots of sunbeds. Regular entertainment both at pool and in evening was appropriate and relaxing. Easy walking distance to the main strip. In Hotel Shop cheaper than hotel bars for soft drinks, water ad snacks All staff friendly only negative was main bar. staff did not understand their own drinks menus and prices charged for same drink varied depending on who served

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel ist close to the ocean, restaurants, activities and shops. For breakfast, there are many options. The stuff was really friendly and everything seemed really clean. On The other side - the space at the pool is limited and it closes by 6pm...

Nice position at the less busy end of Protoras, pleasant staff, good breakfast selection and lovely and clean. Our room was slightly on the small side, with only room for one person between dressing table and the bed, making it difficult to pass through the room to the other end. However, nice size balcony with lovely views. Would definitely recommend, but check size of room when booking.

A very pleasant hotel with friendly staff. But I just hate that people think it’s ok to reserve sun beds before breakfast and then not use them until late morning. It’s not fair to everyone and should be stopped. This happened every day and in the end we went to the beach a 10 minute walk away.

Location is good . Quite noisy though as rooms very close to each other Rooms average and wifi in rooms very poor . Bottle of water provided in the room, on arrival only !! It’s a bit mean as water is very cheap I booked a massage in the hotel spa. When I arrived I was greeted by a lady , who escorted ne into the room and asked me to undress. She started the massage . She left the room a couple of times - I assumed to get something. When I was asked to turn over , I was shocked to find that the masseuse was a MAN. Change of hands took place without my knowledge and consent. When I complained to the lady she was unapologetic and said she was busy at reception . No remorse was exhibited . I also companies to hotel reception staff who were largely unbothered. As a woman I feel violated - at lack of transparency and remorse . Absolutely shocking

I have stayed in hotels all around the world but the reception staff at this hotel are one or if not the worst and condescending I have ever had to deal with especially for a four star hotel. I always judge the hotels by how they conduct and try and help the customer but this fell very short of the mark unfortunately, maybe more training and a change at reception may improve. I thought we were the only ones but listening to the other guests it seems the same old issue and most didn’t want to say anything just in case any reprisals may go against them. The hotel has different prices so inland cheapest side view mid and sea view highest rate, we opted for the side view which I was told I can see the sea, instead I was looking at a brown dead field and if I wanted to see the sea I would have to hang from my balcony just to get a glimpse. The rooms are ok a few things missing no long mirrors to see yourself it was only possible in the lift mirrors, the mirror in the room was so high up that when my wife was trying to put on her makeup sitting down she could only see the top of her head, made me laugh! If you want and iron there is one room next to reception with one iron and an ironing board that seen better days so if two or more people wanted to iron their clothes you would have to queue and wait. I could go on but it was not all bad the breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices so that was good, and the staff where very friendly and accommodating, Shame for the money.

Good location and spotlessly clean hotel, not sure though that I’d consider it a 4 star rating. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were nice but a real shame that there wasn’t more hooks or places to hang towels etc from. Wet pool towels, wet swimsuits, wet shower towels all had to be utilised with only one small hook, suitable for only two towels. No tissues in the room and no waste basket for recycling plastic water bottles. Big selection of foods for breakfast but didn’t think the quality was very good. Omelettes though, were delicious as they were freshly made. Pool area was nice but quite cramped and a large amount of sun beds were held with people’s towels from as early as 07.00am, despite them not showing up until after noon if at all on some occasions.
