Terrible customer service experience
The staff could not care less of its customers. I had booked a room with pool view, however at check in I was given a room with no windows and reception/management made no efforts to try and change it. I tried to contact management and they replied the room I was given was fine ( please note the only opening was towards the corridor). They did not even tried to apologise.
Already the fact that they have rooms with no windows is an alarm bell (however these are not advertised).
Staff was quite rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. They wouldn’t even help us book the bus for our next destination and we had to go ask the hotel next door!
Breakfast is ok but rather cheap with limited selection.
