This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The staff is rude and unhelpful. The halls and rooms smell of weed and cigarette smoke (my clothes were permeated with it after leaving). Guests are loud 24/7. Despite having a kitchenette, there are zero dishes or silverware to use. Walking through the parking lot often felt unsafe. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Safe area and more affordable than other hotels in the area, but the beds are not comfortable at all…perhaps the worst mattresses I’ve ever seen/felt. Although my room smelled really old/mildewy, the housekeeping staff earned my stars. They do a great job of keeping the building clean.

The food smell is overwhelming in the lobby and hallways. Our room had a strong mildew smell. The TV remote was missing and the staff had us go back down to get one, the remote didn’t work so they finally came up to the room and confirmed the tv was broken and moved us to another room. The safety lights are awesome outside but the lights shine thru the blinds quite a bit.

The night shift lady was extremely nosy and made you feel unwelcome. Which is a far cry from the day time shift. I’m pretty sure the night time lady called the police for going outside to smoke a cigarette as we were harassed by the cops that were called for suspicious person nope! We were not able to stay at this property. We had a confirmed reservation through Expedia, but the hotel called to cancel the reservation - it was during the time of the Solar Eclipse, so I feel like they cancelled us to sell the room for a higher rate.

Stephanie the manager was AWESOME!! Super nice! Warning the sofa beds are not fold out sofa beds they just small couches (small chikd size) they said they have ask the online travel sites to change it but they have not. If ur passing thru it is perfect. They do need to upgrade a few if the mattresses and work on the smell. Smell musty and old but overall the manager made everything ok she was great.
