This place was nice and clean and while old the buildings and rooms were well maintained. However it was called Rose City Motel and the gardens were full of dead or very drug roses. It is a country town and water is probably an issue but some water on the poor garden would really help!

From the outside it looks like a standard old country motel, but once you get in the room you can see that they have done what they can to make it as modern as possible. We have now stayed several times here, and were happy with all the ammenities and had everything we needed. The only areas we didn't like were the garden which wasn't really a garden, and the outside was scruffy. If I wanted a swim I wouldn't have used the pool as the bottom needed cleaning.
