The apartment was huge, so much space and clean with a massive patio. The pool was heated which was great and we also used the sauna that the property has. Everything was close by and we enjoyed an early morning walk on the esplanade and beach just across the street. Very pleasant and comfortable stay! Thanks

The place was very quiet. Property managers were super helpful and great to communicate with. Easy to walk to restaurants etc we jumped on scooters along the foreshore. Overall we had a great stay!

Overall the apartment was nice. Except the ensuite bathroom. It was full of mould. So bad that my wife refused to shower in it. Even the shower head had mould on it. Luckily the apartment had two bathrooms and the second was mould free. Took plenty of photos of it.

The Bay Apartments - a great place to stay

These are really nice apartments in a great location just across the road from the water. Our apartment had partial ocean views and a huge balcony, full kitchen with dishwasher, dining, lounge, laundry facilities and nice comfortable furnishings. Our flight from Brisbane to Hervey Bay was cancelled by Qantas so we arrived late (by bus). Anne was so helpful bringing extra milk and coffee pods to the apartment before we arrived so we would have something for the morning before our 7.20am pickup for a whale watching tour. The apartment had everything we needed and was a great home away from home. The TV had Foxtel and WiFi was good, beds were nice and comfy. It's in a secure complex with token required to get in the doors, up the lifts, and thru the gates to the street front. There's a nice pool and a tennis court also. There are several restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the Beach House hotel with bottle-shop nearby. We would definitely stay at The Bay Apartments again if we are back in Hervey Bay, highly recommended.

Massive self contained apartment

Massive self contained apartment, had everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm, there was also a baby pool and spa. They had a great outdoor area with a BBQ and tables and even a fridge to put your food in. There was a gym and a sauna. Near the lifts they had a book library. Opposite is a lovely warm beach to swim in, lots of restaurants in walking distance.
