The room I had booked was with a bathroom but the room I was given only had a sink and a shower with a shared bathroom down the hall. They ‘upgraded’ me to a room with more beds but still only had a shower and sink. Shower was really old and over all the room was grungy.

Wonderful staff, the room was very warm and comfortable! Shared bathroom and kitchen were clean too! It felt like more like a large house than a hotel, which might be great for some. The staff had every possible amenity I required and I'm grateful for the extended stay despite my late check in. Just be aware that as it's close to the high street (not necessarily a bad thing), you might get the odd busy traffic noise near you. Good, decent place to sleep for the night for a decent price.

The room was too small, not as big as what was seen on the website. The bed couldn't conveniently contain two people. However, Mr Peter, the receptionist that received us, gave us excellent customer service. He made us feel at home. Kudos to him.

The staff were very helpful but the bed mattress really uncomfortable and the shared bathroom in need of decorating and modernising. The disappointment was the pictures advertising the property is very misleading I actually thought there was a garden area with seating in fact it was very overgrown and very uninviting.
