Very dirty, toilet smelled of sewage, furniture was broken down Ikea furniture, a/c was just a fan unit with nasty mold growing inside and water dripping on floor, reception hours are so short that I never saw them, watch out not to hit your head on arches or bathroom door.

Read mixed reviews before arriving but hotel was good and met expectations. We had two apartments, they were comfortable and secure. Yes they aren’t perfect but that shouldn’t be your expectation. Good restaurants in the area. Is the area a bit rough? Yes, but no worse than any other major city close to a significant rail terminal, this is Europe and beyond. If you’re Karen from Kansas this isn’t for you. If you are a practical realistic traveller this is a great stay close to all you need.

Not a good value

For the money paid this place is NOT good. There is no reception and no personnel available. The place is dark and old (not in a quaint way). No elevator. The "air conditioner" is some sort of of world war II contraption that does not cool the room and is noisy. This is some sort of apartment building trying to pass for a hotel. The place is actually too big and that doesn't help trying to cool it down. The bed is not comfortable.

I think this property is a human trafficking spot--they split my family into 2 different buildings, there were ppl taking picture of my family when we arrived..the picture is not what the place look like, we end up leaving the place withing 20 minutes after check in which is virtual check in...I mean Avoid at all cost for your safety--DEMAND A FULL REFUND EXPEDIA you should do better

The property is near the main station and when we arrived we felt very unsafe. We asked for a refund as we have two children but they refused. The room was very basic and the bed was terrible. Plastic cracked and very hard. The tv and toilet seat were broken which my husband had to fix. There is no reception or help after 4pm. There are three codes to get to your room. The room was cleaned daily which was a positive. There was no real kitchen items to cook so that made it impossible to make meals. I would not recommend it for families at all and would not stay here ever again.

This was the worst property we’ve stayed at on our italy trip. The floors were dirty and the shower was broken. The worst part was it was in such a sketchy area. There was a group of very loud men just hanging outside one of the hotel entrances all night. It was super loud and we could not sleep. Book anywhere else but here. This place needs an upgrade and 24h security.

The neighborhood is crowded with people who seem to do nothing there. The absence of Staff on daily basis and unavailability after midnight does not improve the feeling for safety. The room was great. However, on the basis of the first impressions of the neighborhood, with urine on the main gate makes me decide to never again show up there.
