The check in wasn’t anything special. We uncovered the sheets in our room and there were cigarette burn holes in one of them. We found a Bic lighter under the bed and the door seal didn’t close all the way. Wouldn’t reccomend. Go somewhere else and spend a little bit more for a comfortable stay!

Best Budget Friendly & Comfortability

Always really satisfied when it comes to early check-in allowances and the stay being what's expected, as a typical stay would be to standard expectations. Doesn't have strict rules about guests visiting and allows some acceptable noise levels to be overlooked (such as music & laughter...) Won't keep your deposit and kick you out for minor accusations and flexible with late check-out, if requested and necessary.

Extremely dirty, bible in the nightstand was full of black mold, floor seemed like it had never been mopped, bathroom tub was horribly stained, the whole room was dirty. There was also bed bugs in the beds.

Room was notably large, but the area that was clearly intended to be a lounge/living space was not usable as such. TV was about as far from the beds as was possible. Hot water wasn't hooked up to the sink, bathroom was filthy and the overall cleanliness and conditions of the room were poor. Staff was helpful and responsive in the little I interacted with them, but I wouldn't go back unless I had no other option.

The non smoking room smelled like people smoked in there, place was filthy, there was roaches there and towels were stained and most importantly they have bed bugs don’t recommend this place at all it’s disgusting.

Guests who booked online were given rooms behind the main motel, dirty floors, no carpet, bugs crawling around. At night, the flood lights over the 6 rooms were swarming with flying insects, a lot of them in our rooms if we went out at night. This room was by far was the worst room we have ever stayed in.

So, so bad

Beyond awful. Beds were painful to sleep in. Deads gnats in the fridge. Dead something or other in the corners of the bathroom. Ants on the ground. Burnt holes and crunchy bits in the blankets. Front office said it was open but no one came to the desk after several minutes. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, I paid for a different hotel the second night and just took the hit financially because it was that bad. Wish I could give this place zero stars.

This room reeked of bleach. Didn't have a fitted sheet. The door was covered in filth. Walls are thin. Service is not friendly. No smoke detector. Floor wasn't even. All things expected at a much lower price point. Don't stay here.

This was a convenient place to stay for us. Walking distance to Sierra Nevada Brewery which was our destination. It was fine. The floor, walls, ceiling are not straight.Like the whole place is maybe sinking or moving in some way. The staff was super nice. We slept well. It was quiet. Plenty of ice. If you want to spend time at the brewery and not drive and are not particular its okay. If they drop the rate a bit I'm sure they could get more traffic.

We asked for washcloths and received 2 dirty towels. There were cigarette burns in both bedspreads and the sheets had not been cleaned/changed before our arrival. A staff member needed to come clean the wall where I found a liquid/gelatinous stain on the wall by the kitchen sink when I checked in.

Don’t stay here, I promise you you’ll regret it

The room smelled of smoke and mold! There were stains all over the bedspread and even on the some on the sheets!!! The entire place looked like it had been repaired over and over so some of the repair work was already peeling! The towels were light brown! I mean our close smelled bad after we got home! VERY DISGUSTING
