I paid 195 euros for a two-night stay at the hotel with my spouse. Our check-in date was July 15. However, the hotel disturbed me late at night on July 14, calling twice between 22:00 and 23:00, asking what time I would arrive.
When we checked in, the air conditioner was not working. We had to sleep in a room without air conditioning, drenched in sweat on the first night. The hygiene conditions were terrible. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, showing no hospitality.
The breakfast was far from appetizing — the food was unappealing and even ruined our appetite. The kitchen area was full of flies, which was very unhygienic.
On the morning of July 17, the day of our check-out, there was a water outage in the hotel. The water tank was clearly insufficient for a hotel of this size. I could not wash my face or take a shower before leaving.
I am a Norwegian citizen and have stayed in hotels in many cities around the world — this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
