Upon checking in, we discovered multiple issues that made the room uninhabitable, including: • Mattresses with visible holes, which present a potential risk for pests and infestations. • Presence of dead insects in the mattress (including ants and other insects with wings). • Ant infestation. We vacated the room and secured alternative accommodation for the remainder of our stay in Rome. When we informed the receptionist that we were leaving due to these issues, we were told there could be an extra charge for cancellation. This was particularly disappointing, given the room’s unacceptable condition and the fact that it was already paid for. These conditions are a serious hygiene and health concern, far below the standards expected of any four star hotel accommodation.

Mostly everything was good here except the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend if you are sleep sensitive. Location was a little far, but overall a good hotel. Would be amazing if the beds were good. I lost much sleep here.

No facilities, breakfast has few options (it is American but there are things missing from an American breakfast), food was cold and non heated during the whole duration of breakfast, to eat there were mostly desserts- other options included cereal, cold scrambled eggs, cold bacon, and deli meats; the rest was bread and cakes. No vegan options. Coffee was good. Room was big but furniture is old and neglected. Hotel is 15 min uphill walk to Termini station main entrance.

Gerne wieder!

Auch hier hat uns der Aufenthalt gefallen, schneller checkin, das Zimmer war perfekt für unsere 4-Mann Familie. Frühstück sehr ausreichend auf der Dachterasse und der Garten lädt zum relaxen mit einem Kaffee ein. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Anbindung per Bus, im Umfeld gibt es 3-4 Restaurants, besonders direkt vor dem Hotel ist das Restaurant zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr geräumig, super nettes Personal und das Familienzimmer war sehr groß. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es funktioniert alles und sehr sauber! Das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse ist auch sehr ausgiebig und lecker!

Séjour agréable dans le quartier de l'université

Personnel à l'accueil et au petit déjeuner très agréable. Localisation très pratique pour l'université Sapienza, proche (5-10 minutes à pieds) de la gare ferroviaire qui permet de prendre le métro pour accéder très rapidement aux monuments du centre historique. Il y a également un bus qui fait le trajet avec un arrêt quasiment en face de l'hôtel. Bon petit déjeuner avec du vrai café. Chambre à la déco vieillotte mais propre.

Fin beliggenhet, kort vei til togforbinnelse.Rolig strøk. Stusselig frokost, kunne vært noe mer variasjon på ett 4 stjernes hotell. Vennlige ansatte, men noe forskjell på imøtekommelsen av de som jobbet der. Damen vi møtte på flere ganger var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Pluss for nye rene håndklær hver dag, minus for tett sluk som gjorde at vi sto med vann til anklene i badekaret. Møkkete og ekkel madrass med flekker og merker. Akkurat dette trekker veldig ned for god komfort og det å trives på rommet. Her kunne de lett dekket til med et rent laken, så hadde det sett mye rensligere ut med en gang. Alt i alt ett greit hotell. Kunne fint bodd der igjen.
