A perfect hotel for our stay!

The stay in this hotel was wonderful. It's behind the Neptune Statue and near to everything in the old town. Big rooms and helpful staff. The breakfast is not buffet but you can choose between a lot of different things. The restaurant below is very good as well.

The hotel is in the perfect location for the old area of the city (which is beautiful by the way). The staff were extremely helpful and the room was immaculate. Would not hesitate going back again, in fact, we probably wouldn't even bother looking anywhere else as it ticked every box!!

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

We stayed 5 nights, the last night we were moved to another room as the first room had a minor leak, no problem they just wanted to get it sorted. Rooms very clean and comfortable. If we had a slight surprise it was the breakfast ,we were expecting a normal buffet arrangement, well it is now a series of fixed breakfast plates you can have plus coffee and juice. If you ask you can get variations but personally the buffet is easier for the customer but hey there you go it worked with a bit of imagination.

Great location

Tha hotel is located in Piwna street in the old town center, just opposite the St Mary’s Basilica. The street has several bars and restaurants, and around the corner in the paralell street you find Dluga street. Dluga street is a walking street full of bars and restaurant. The room was nice, service was good, and I’m pretty sure we will use the same hotell next time we go to Gdansk.

Centrally located in the main town, close to bars and restaurants and attractions. Good size room serviced daily with everything for a short stay. Breakfast was good with something for everyone. Secure bag storage for those arriving early or leaving late. Only 2 slight moans…the shower sometimes went cold then hot and only 1 English channel on the TV even though BBC is shown in the breakfast room. Overall a pleasant stay.

Always excellent!

This is our “go-to” because its dog friendly, convenient, and super comfortable. This time we had a really great large room with a beautiful bathroom and an incredibly comfortable bed! We arrived at 2am due to our flight being delayed, but it was not an issue. A quick ring of the doorbell and we were admitted immediately. Always great service! The parking is always an issue but its easy to find late at night.

Very nice hotel, with amazing placement. Service in the reception was very good, actually extremely helpful. Very good food, so had all my meals in the resturant. But was actually never asked if I liked the food etc... So seemed a bit complacent. - Got stained sheets the second night. Maybe not dirty, but several brown stains.
