The hospitality at FlowSuites was top-notch. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful parks and offers a number of eating options nearby. The room itself was spacious and well maintained. I would definitely go back.

Located in the condesa neighborhood. Plenty of dining options and entertainment around the area. They offer breakfast and have to say has options and is tasty. The Bar was not open and they lack a restaurant. Rooms are big and comfortable and the price very reasonable.

Beautiful design, not a 4 star hotel

Beautiful design but you could hear people’s music from other rooms, the staff didn’t help me with my luggage or other needs…the sheets were scratchy and I had an allergic reaction, would not stay again, overpriced.

We stayed in the FlowSuites in Polanco and were very pleased, so when we decided to extend our stay in CDMX for another week, FlowSuites La Condesa was a no-brainer. We were especially pleased with the staff, cleanliness, and the fantastic breakfast at the rooftop lounge, which exceeded that of any hotel breakfast at any hotel breakfast, anywhere. The location is fantastic, only three blocks from the park, and in a very safe and walkable neighborhood, with countless restaurants, bars, and street food, within just a few blocks. We'll be back. We love Mexico City!

Great location-comfy-slippery shower stalls

Flow suites is a great location in Condesa. The building is clean and quite comfortable. However, the facility would greatly improve by adding non-slippery material to the shower floor and also adding grab bars. We had to request additional floor mats to place inside the shower stall while showering due to the slippery condition.

Lovely hotel in great neighborhood

The hotel was in a great central location in Condesa and walkable to local restaurants, cafes, bars and lots of lovely parks. The neighborhood is very nice and extremely safe. Service was great at the front desk and housekeeping was very helpful. The only downside was noise level from adjacent apartments. Our room was in the back of the hotel. Some neighbors played loud music after midnight and we could hear their conversations very clearly. I would request a room in the front of the hotel to avoid the noise.

I was put in a room where the shower did not work. My room overflowed, and I had so let people in my room so they could clean it and could not take showers during my stay. The staff seemed like they did not care.

Good location but would strongly recommend others to book elsewhere.worst customer service from Marianna and the team. Constant miss communication, sass, and unwilling to accommodate -we had a very weird interaction where an employee woke us up and forced their way into our room just to fill the mini fridge. -Staff sleeping on the job - charging for a room key that we didn’t loose. -charging/ misquoting prices for the sauna -every basic question asked was I need to ask some one and then no one followed up.

Great location, so-so rooms

The suite was quite spacious, but not very comfortable. Its layout featured a lot of wasted space and frankly bizarre design choices; why, for example, did the sliding bathroom door have no lock or handle? Why was the toilet on a raised platform, putting you directly parallel to the bathroom mirror? Also, the bed was, for me at least, too tall and the mattress too firm. The staff during our stay was perfectly pleasant, though the WhatsApp number they encourage you to write with any questions turned out to be a completely useless chatbot. The minibar hadn't been properly restocked before our visit, so there was some confusion when we checked out about what we'd consumed during our stay. The location is great and is probably this hotel's greatest asset. It was so nice to have lots of coffee/cacao options nearby in the morning and be able to walk around the neighboring parks in the evening. We booked a courtyard-facing room and had no noise complaints whatsoever during our stay (I know that's been an issue for some other guests). I certainly don't regret my stay, though I doubt I'd choose to book here again.

Noisy, no 4-stars, don't honor gold vip privileges

If you like noise from all over the area -street, construction and neighboros-, including other guests in the hallsway and front desk, this one is for you. Paper-thin walls and old windows, their open design is also a factor. They advertise as a 4-star property with a Spa, bar, rooftop and art gallery. While technically it's partially kind of true, the spa is a small dark room, the Omakase restaurant permanently closed, no such rooftop (which is actually promoted and looks very nice), no bar, no room service, and the breakfast room is closer to a youth hostel buffet than a hotel's basic offering. 24 hours without Wifi, no apologies. Had "VIP gold Benefits" and they did not honor. Top notch location, but certainly the pictures do not depict reality. Finally, the room is unconfortable: had a nice view and balcony overlooking a rundown building and fire escape stairs (the first option as a 2nd story room overlooking the street, sold as "City views", that had to change because of the intense noise), the bathroom doors are completely transparent (I don't imagine why would anyone like their partner gazing while doing their business, or even showering; next level voyeurism) and the bed is very hard -and for some reason, on top of a very tall base that makes getting in and out awkward-). Also the bathroom smells of sewer after a shower or flush. Wouldn't have complained if this was advertised as 2.5 stars, the price is understandable because of the prime location, but the lies all ov

Flow Condesa great location and clean.

Flow Condesa is located in a great area, Condesa and it's easy to walk to some of the local area restaurants and bars. The green space around the area is so nice to walk to! Our stay included breakfast which was a good option - staff made eggs every day which was a nice plus. The rooms were spacious (we stayed in a junior suite). The only minus of the room is the glass door to the bathroom - didn't shut properly but it's also right at the entrance. If you don't want anyone seeing you in the bathroom, you're out of luck, the glass door makes it very visible whether you're showering or on the toilet. So I'd suggest a different type of door or at least a frosted door so you can't see inside. Other than that, comfy, clean and great location. PS..it is on Ave Nuevo Leon, so if you have a room that faces the Ave, it may be noisy at night if you're a light sleeper.

This place had all the things I care about: clean, comfortable beds, great location. The cherry on top was we were able to check in a couple hours early, a bottle of wine came with the room, and they supplied a sleeping mask and earbuds in the room which was a nice touch. The neighborhood is amazing and walking distance to a lot of good restaurant options.
