Great location for sightseeing in Rome

The location of this property is absolutely amazing. Right outside your room was the taxi and city bus pick-up. Plus what made it even better is how it was only a 5-15 minute walk to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, multiple squares and many other sites in Rome.

We loved that the location was fairly convenient, only a 5 min walk to Parthenon, 10 min walk to Campo de Fiori, yet it was fairly quiet in the evening. It is a quaint property, part of a larger very hold historic building so you need to have a bit of patience with that (elevator only takes you part way up, etc.). But overall we liked this property and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was in a separate building but only a 3 min walk, and the staff there was awesome, making omelets, specialty coffees, etc., and the breakfast balcony was really cute and peaceful.

Was assured before checkin that all rooms have double glazed windows but still very noisy. I used similar city centre locations in NY, Paris and London but none of them had such noise coming through. Was offered a more secluded room but we didn’t take it, as it was a much smaller room. Definitely not suitable for light sleepers. Location was outstanding but have to walk about 3 minutes to another hotel for the breakfast.

Absolutely great location for a great little set of rooms. Communication from the team was fantastic prior to arrival when they arranged transport from the airport. Room was good size with a very comfortable bed and amazing views outside. 15-20 mins walk from major attractions in Rome. 5 minutes from pantheon and 10 from Trevi fountains. Great little hotel. will be back.

Toll gelegenes Bed and Breakfast. Das Frühstück, das man in einem anderen B&B des Inhabers bekommt, war sehr lecker. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war wirklich groß und sehr sauber. Wir haben die ganze Stadt zu Fuß erkundet, die Umgebung ist auch abends sehr sicher.

There is no mention in the property details that it is unsuitable for people with limited mobility. You need to climb a stone staircase with only a partial handrail to get to the lift. Our room (no 5) had a square platform in one corner, so that you had to step up and back down to get to the bed and sofa! Not easy to remember during the night when you need the bathroom, which is the oy The location is on a very busy square with traffic noise all night, so we didn't sleep very well. I splashed water on the bathroom floor and wiped it up with toilet paper, the tissue was filthy afterwards! The staff are very friendly and helpful with advice on the places to visit and transport. The breakfast was nice, cereal, yoghurt, eggs, toast, different flavour croissants, cake and tea, coffee and fruit juice. I would have given this hotel only 2 stars, but the staff deserve 3 stars.
