We booked this hotel for an LSU game. But, after checking in we decided it would be better to drive home at 11:00pm than sacrifice our peace of mind because it felt unsafe. It had a low standard of cleanliness, as in, the sheets and towels were probably washed but the room as a whole gave a sense of being unsanitary and run down. The only pluses were that it was pet friendly and the receptionist was nice.

Once I arrived at the check in time the office was closed. I sat and waited about 10min for a staff member to arrive. I was given a room and put my stuff on the bed. The chairs had sticky stuff on them. And the carpet had many stains. The sheets were stained and had cigarette burn holes in them. It smelled like cigarettes even tho it was considered a “non” smoking room. I then went and grabbed some food and came back to my room unlocked… I freaked out and made sure all my stuff was inside and the door knob was broken. I requested another room because I do not feel safe staying in a room with no lock. They said they only had a smoking room available to move me too or they would refund me. I requested to be refunded. Many of the guest seem to be living there and had garbage bags in the hallways. The area was no safe and had multiple people walking around in the parking lot. Dead roaches were in the elevator. Not once did I see housekeeping. Would not recommend ever! The worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I’ve stayed at cleaner Motels.

Would never recommend this facility. Front desk was giving people random key cards to “go check if the room was occupied” and to come let her know which room you chose. Never escorted us to check the rooms and every room we were handed a card to, was already occupied. Items could’ve been stolen and no one known or we could’ve been seriously hurt by someone thinking we were breaking in to their room. I will never be back and do not recommend this place at all. NOT SAFE!!!!

This was the worst place I have ever been to. We actually walked in and walked right out. DISGUSTING!!! It's definitely an extended stay hotel with multiple live in guests. Kids RUNNING through the halls, dogs barking like crazy, REEKED of cigarettes. Beds were barely a metal frame and a sheet to sleep in. It was nasty, from the walls to the floors. I wouldn't have let my dog stay there.

Had a late check in. Lobby was closed . Had a phone with a number to call for late check in. No one ever picked up. After this I was forced to find a different hotel. The following day the front desk told me they would refund. Expedia called them several times and also couldn’t get through. My refund was denied because of this

They didn’t answer at the desk. We never checked in because no one was there. We were there long enough to realize it was a s**thole. Because it was late and we were on the road I was unable to cancel the booking even though I paid for the insurance. Tried doing a claim and that is a joke. They want your blood type and bank account number simply to point out no one ever showed up to the front desk and they/Expedia essentially stole 90 bucks from us. Won’t be using Expedia again since they took a totally hands off approach through their seedy insurance affiliate. If you’re into prepaying for a room you aren’t able to check into or stay at I would say this is the site for you. Petty crime comes to mind. Shameful!
