Superb location. Very classic and elegant style hotel. It's not a very new hotel but well maintained. Clean and spacious room. Loved the foot massage machine provided in the room. All amenities are provided. DHC toner, cleansing oil and facial cleanser are provided. If lotion can be provided, that would be great as lotion was provided in other hotel stayed in Japan.

This was a great spot to stay at in Tokyo. Went to Tokyo Disney Resort, SkyTree, Team Labs, even Warner Brothers Studio Tour. The front desk was very helpful in helping us get local taxis to our further destinations. Breakfast is a must, multiple options to pick from. Also thankful that some staff spoke English or were able to communicate through translation apps.

We had a very clean and spacious room (for 4). The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, a super market, a food court, and a train station. Bus station is also 3 minutes walk away. I don’t find a lot of formal dinning options in this mall/train station. We did not have breakfast from the hotel nor dine there so I cannot comment on hotel’s food. We got free shuttle to Disney Land/Disney Sea from this hotel. Overall, the hotel and its surrounding area are good.

I highly recommend this hotel as this is my 3rd stay there to date. The rooms are beautiful and huge. The place is very clean and the toilets are huge. Offering both a full sized long bath with shower stall View from the huge windows are a plus for me Beds are comfortable and there is a huge seating area included. Towels change and housekeeping on a daily basis The prices is great The plus for me would be that the airport limousine drops right in front of hotel It is also quieter and is a bonus for me after a whole day of crowded touring. Very close to Tokyo station by JR line. Lawson is just by the hotel in the hotel next door(Oriental hotel Tokyo Bay) The hotel also offers free shuttle services to n from Disney resorts. Shin-Urayasu station is on the same level as hotel via a small overhead bridge. No need for hauling luggages up or down steps. Very convenient for elderly and wheelchair bound visitors too. On one side it leads to the hotel, on the other, it is linked to 2 malls, offering lots of food options and even a food court. Starbucks, Muji, Seria, Daiso and Gu are also found there Staff are not very conversant in English but Google translate and their translate app helps a lot They are all very friendly and uphold the quality of Japanese hospitality and professionalism Paid breakfast is really nice, comprising of both Western and Japanese options, good spread for a hotel in Tokyo. The ballrooms were used this round i visited as the cafe was under renovation.

気持ちのいい滞在時間でした。
