W pokoju, mimo wietrzenia, utrzymywał się nieprzyjemny zapach. Hotel raczej najlepsze czasy ma już za sobą. Śniadanie bardzo przeciętne. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Bardzo dobry hotel. Zawsze z niego korzystam podczas pobytow w Bialymstoku. Bardzo dobre sniadania i generalnie restauracja. Jedyny minus podczas tego dwudniowego pobytu, ze po pierwszej nocy nie posprzatano nam pokoju, zapewne z uwagi na brak wywieszenia kartonika "posprzataj pokoj".

Super miła i pomocna obsługa. Przestronne i czyste pokoje. Bardzo dobre śniadanie.

Fint hotell midt i byen, kort vei til sentrum. Trivelig personale med god service.
Store fine rom med gode senger.
Opplevde brannalarm på natten og brannvesen kom. Det var falsk alarm og de klarte ikke slå av alarmen, den ringte i 1 time. Det ble en tidlig start på dagen for min del,kl 04:00.

We only stayed one night on our way back to Finland. There should have been a mention somewhere, that there is a safe carpark underneath a hotel. Very comfortable beds and nice breakfast. We ate at hotel restaurant and that was good too.
