Service Was the Best! My Wonderful Stay in the Old

I recently had a wonderful stay in the old town. The hotel is located in a great spot, although the small intersection made getting in and out a bit tricky. Breakfast and Service The breakfast wasn't overly elaborate, but there were plenty of delicious options. What really stood out was the staff's incredible service. Every single person, from check-in to check-out, was so friendly, patient, and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its fantastic location, great food, and outstanding service.

Great location for train street

Staff were very attentive and a great location for Train Street, some aspects of the room were a little tired, for example the silicone around the shower and the grouting could do with replacing but definitely nothing to put you off because we had a lovely stay and it is a great location. The breakfast was ok but not great and caters to Vietnamese and Western tastes. The bar was nice but pricey compared to the local area but I guess that's hotel prices for you.

We had 2 adjoining rooms for a family of 4 Did not like that the room water and skippers were not “new”, but they were super fast to give us new ones The spa next door was great and they gave my daughter a free manicure . I had a 60 minute massage They also ordered a 16 seater for us to return to the airport And let us keep our luggage behind as our flight was later (7pm) Very friendly service
