Great hotel for exploring Stockholm

Had a wonderful stay. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was tasty and had a good selection plus there was free tea and coffee all day. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The bar had a good vibe and the decoration was cool, hotel guests receive 15% of food however we didn’t end up eating there but the food we saw looked good. Metro station was across the road taking you to t-Centralen where it’s easy to pick up further transport links from the central station. It was well located to walk to most places too like gamla stan and other areas with plenty of bars and restaurants in every direction. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would look at staying here again if we come back to Stockholm.

Ett helt okej hotell med bra läge nära tåg, tunnelbana och Mariatorget, och med en fin restaurang som serverade bra mat. Ganska dyrt vilket byggde upp förväntningar som det inte riktigt levde upp till. Rummet var rätt mysigt och förutom att fönstret behöver en tvätt så var det riktigt rent, vilket jag verkligen uppskattar. Badrummet, som var väldigt litet, saknade någonstans att ställa saker. En putteliten hörnhylla bara. Möblemanget i rummet kändes inte genomtänkt utan upplevdes som ett ihopplock, Fin men knarrig säng, ett litet bord med ringar efter koppar och glas och två stolar. Kanske inte den standard jag hade förväntat mig men sammantaget hade vi ändå en bra vistelse. Frukosten var dock ingen höjdare tyvärr.

Besvikelse 1 Restaurangen stängd. Står i det finstilta att den inte är öppen på måndagar. Borde framgå tydligt. Besvikelse 2 Receptionen inte alls bemannad 24h. Besvikelse 3 Ingen tillgång till te eller kaffe på rummet Besvikelse 4 Endast tvål-schampo på badrummet Oavsett av vad som står i beskrivningen uppfattas de som just brister och ger en olustig känsla vilket självklart är tråkigt. I övrigt inget att klaga på rummet, fint och fräscht. Även ett väldigt trevligt bemötande i receptionen, Helhetsintrycket är det till trots en besvikelse.
