Overall the room was ok, slightly unkept upon arrival but the staff was great and very quick to help. The neighbors in the adjoining room were extremely loud, coming home at 1 am and swearing at the top of their lungs and then blaring the TV the rest of the night. The highlight of the facility is the docks which are great and being right next door to the public boat launch is very convenient however you have to park your trailer quite a distance away.

No morning coffee!

The room overall was satisfactory. It was clean and nice and cool . A little out dated but that’s okay. The office was not open by 8:00 am as stated and we were unable to get a cup of coffee or other assistance. We had mechanical problems with our motorcycle and my husband really could have used that morning cup of coffee while working in their parking lot.

The owner accused us of smoking in the room. We dont even smoke! She banged on the door, said i smell cigarettes. I opened the door wide, invited her in & said it is not coming from this room, we dont even smoke. She very rudely said, I know what it smells like & its coming from this room! No smoking in the rooms! The rooms were musty and unpleasant when we checked in, we had the window open to let in fresh air. Many other guests were outside smoking on the balconies, we were constantly walking through smoke clouds to get to & from our room..perhaps she smelled that. I have never felt so attacked. It was so blatantly rude. We will not recommend nor return to Otter Creek Inn. Just shameful.
