Excellent location however hot water to our room on floor 5 was an issue. Both nights took ages to get a trickle coming through. Car parking was a little away up a hill so maybe not brilliant if you are travelling with children but maybe thats the price you pay for a good location.

Hotel was very nice clean and pretty quite for being close to city Center. We enjoyed the Trevi Fountain many times during our 3 day stay. The only thing that wasn’t pleasant was the air conditioning blowing in your face all night so when we shut it off the stink from the washroom/sewer was present.

When we booked in the minor fine print didn’t know that we were going to be in a separate room away from the main hotel of block away. We shared the building with residence, but on the main floor. The staff was rude and despite us, indicating we had two young children and felt unsafe with no concierge or lobby, and on our own. There are so many nicer hotels around the area. This place does not deserve four stars at all.
