We had a great experience at the hotel. Room was clean and the staff got us into our room quickly after a 14 hour flight. The free shuttle from the airport was great because it took a way a worry for us. The hotel is in a good location for food and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel.

Air conditioning only in the rooms, not the corridors. Also, whilst I was at breakfast, some (probably housekeeping staff) went through my luggage and stole a lot of Yen.

Not friendly and helpful staff. Felt like we disturbed them at check in. Room spacious but very simple. The bar was at the entrance and we had a 20% off coupon which was useless as everything to eat was finished. The transfer to the airport leaves every hour, should be at least every half hour. Will not stay here again.

Checker was speedy and very efficient. Our flight arrived early. They were able to give me indoor a room early with a slight charge. Rooms are very clean daily cleaning if you requested service to and from the airport was great.

Good for 1 nite....

This hotel has the potential to be very good except that it shows its age in many ways & basically doesnt feel clean. Our shower leaked into the adjacent toilet area. Carpet & bathroom floor didnt look clean. Room was very spacious, 2 queen beds large acreen tv, excellent shuttle svc. Its location is.good -- eating/shopping places close by. For 1 nite it was okay... dont know if i wld stay longer. Price was reasonable!
