Clean and well maintained property in a great location - walkable as well as around the corner from a metro stop (Grand Boulevards) in case you want to catch it. Multiple grocery stores, great bakeries and restaurants are all on the same block.

This was a great apartment. Communication with the property owner was clear and I was very happy with the location. Lots of restaurants around. The only thing is that on the weekends, it gets noisy as there are many bars on the street. Parisians party late into the night!

This was a wonderful place to stay for the five days my husband, my granddaughter and I were in Paris. There was an elevator to our fifth floor apartment. The apartment had comfortable beds, a small kitchen, bath with a shower and a sleep sofa. The location is centrally located which allowed us to walk to most attractions. It is also less than a mile from Gard du Nord if you fly into CDG airport and take the train. We had a lovely stay at Residence Bergere - Apartments.

Beautiful Parisienne apartment- very spacious. Small kitchen but workable, especially if not intending to cook much. Nice restaurants nearby. Easy access to major attractions. No air conditioning- or at least not on for us- imagine it could get very hot in good weather. Jean-Pierre met us, even though we were much later due to a delayed flight- very helpful and sorted us out with taxis to the airport. Recommend

Love, love, love this place

We thoroughly enjoyed making this our "home base" for our trip to Paris. We booked a studio apartment. Clean and reasonably spacious (rooms in Europe, by and large, are a little small, sort of like New York). The family that owns and runs this place is friendly and helpful. The location (9th arrondissment) is really great. A metro station just around the corner will get you all over town. Very walkable, not a far walk from Montmarte. This is a perfect place to situate oneself for a week or even longer on a visit to Paris. Very fun, vibrant neighborhood. The property provides a guide to local restaurants - take their recommendations. They know what they're talking about, and there are a lot of really crappy bistros and bars around that you want to avoid. Get reservations at Bistrot Rougement if you can. If you want to do your own shopping, nearby Rue Cadet has an entire block with boulangeries, patisseries, meat market, fish market, green grocer, traitteurs if you want to cook your own meal of just buy ready-made (delicious) food to dine in your room on. We loved this place.

Clean, convenient, pleasant stay!

We stayed in Paris for two weeks and we decided to stay in an apartment instead of a traditional hotel. Jean Pierre is an excellent host and manager of the property. He answered my calls 100% of the time and he was very responsive to all of my requests. The property is very clean and kept well. We stayed in two different rooms as the first week there were three of us and we stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The second week, we switched to a smaller studio apartment since it was just my husband and I staying. Both units were very clean. The two bedroom apartment was in a building with NO elevator and we were on the 3rd floor, which in Europe it's actually the 4 floors up. Even if no elevator, Jean Pierre and the assistant helped us carry our luggages, so it didn't cause us much problem. The second building we stayed in had an elevator which we didn't really use except for the day we checked out, as we were on the 1st floor (one floor up). Also, in this building, the flooring was newer and there were absolutely no "creaking" of the floor which was very nice. The weather in Paris in February was quite cool so it was fine for me, however, I can see how during hot summer months it maybe a little hot? I saw fans were provided inside of their closets. The location is pretty central and we were able to walk to many places and uber to most places within 10-15 minutes. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would definitely return again in our future trips to Paris!

Great location, clean, and wonderful management

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. My return speaks volumes. This property is very well kept, clean, and the management is very helpful and friendly. It's 9th arrondissement location is very convenient and is near many attractions, restaurants, and transportation options are good. Very reasonable price for the size of the property. The only con is that this is an old building and their wooden floors are very thin. I can hear people talking and walking around upstairs and both times I've stayed, I was awoken by loud guests upstairs. Some people just need to learn to be more considerate. I can see myself return to this property during cooler months as I have been, but can't see myself staying during the hot summer months since I dont see any air conditioning. I will return again in the future for our family stays since this property offers two bedroom apartments.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Residence Bergere. Everything was conveniently located within a short walking distance. While the accommodation was nice, we were kind of annoyed by the squeaky wooden floor planks, with every step we took. I guess it goes with the charm of the classic apartment feel. Didn't cook during our stay, but the mini kitchen was full equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Simplesmente incrível!!! O apartamento é super bem localizado, em um prédio super exclusivo e silencioso. A localização é maravilhosa. Andei a pé a muitos bairros. Our stay in this Paris apartment was absolutely wonderful! The space was impeccably clean and provided the perfect setup for me and my four sisters to enjoy a much-needed getaway together. The layout was comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed to feel right at home. The only small downside was the 80 steps to reach the apartment—definitely a workout! But after indulging in endless baguettes, cheese, and wine, we saw it as a welcomed bit of exercise. Plus, the charm and location of the apartment made it all worthwhile. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-maintained spot in Paris for a group trip, this is a fantastic choice. Just be ready for a little stair-climbing adventure! Would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Residence Bergere. Our apartment was ready before check in, so we were able to check in early (about an hour before normal check in). Alexi, the manager, was very personable. He helped us get our luggage upstairs (we were on 5th floor). There is a lift. The 2 bed/2 bath apartment was very comfortable. Alexi offered suggestions on what to see and offered his WhatsApp contact if we had any questions. He was quick to respond when I had questions about how to use washer/dryer combo. There is a grocery store close by. Metro is about 2 blocks. We were able to walk from residence to Gare Du Nord in less than 20 minutes rather than transport our luggage on metro. We walked to most tourist attractions (Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Sacre Coure, Eiffel Tower and Gallerie Lafayette) from the residence. Restaurants and cafes close by.

파리 CDG 공항에서 Roissy bus를 타고 opera에 내리면 20분 정도 걸어서 도착할 수 있어요. 친절한 직원분이 체크인 전날에 whatsapp으로 체크인 가이드를 보내주셨어요. 옛날 아파트라 엘리베이터는 없지만 직원분께서 제 캐리어 옮기는 걸 도와주셨어요. 오래 된 아파트이지만 관리가 잘 돼서 깨끗하고 물 수압도 좋습니다. 래디에이터 틀면 방도 금방 따뜻해져요. 창이 건물 중정 쪽으로 나 있어서 주변이 바와 식당이 많은 북적거리는 거리임에도 불구하고 굉장히 조용했어요. 다만 오래된 건물임에 따라 나무바닥이 삐걱대는 곳이 좀 있고, 윗층에서 걸어다니는 삐걱 거리는 소리도 들리긴 하는데 크게 신경이 쓰일 정도는 아닙니다. 와이파이도 잘 터지고 부엌도 잘 갖추어져 있어서 정말 만족스러웠어요. 다음에도 파리에 오게 되면 이 곳에서 지내고 싶어요.

So happy with this choice of apartment! The customer service was impeccable, thank you to Alexis for being so responsive and helpful. We were able to store our bags early which was so appreciated. The apartment was a classic Parisian loft with a full kitchen, including laundry. We walked everywhere from here. Everything was very smooth, highly recommend!!

Excellent choix. Très propre. Bien entretenu. Cuisinette bien équipée. Sécuritaire et tranquille. Près du métro, restaurants, dépanneurs, buanderie (lavoir), fleuristes ect. Secteur très vivant! Si vous aimez marcher pour visiter alors ce lieux est pour vous! Parlons maintenant du gestionnaire des lieux. Alexis, cet homme est une perle. Il est très professionnel et attentionné. Il est disponible pour vos besoins concernant l’appartement et vous conseille pour vos visites. Il connaît très bien Paris ainsi que ses mœurs et coutumes. Il va même jusqu’à réserver vos taxis. Il a fait toute la différence dans mes vacances et j’ai aucun problème à référer cet endroit! Merci!

Hidden gem in Paris

Great studio apartment, clean, safe and very comfortable. Conveniently located in the 9th arrondissement and walkable to most attractions like the Louvre, l’orangerie, sacré cœur. The manager is amazing as he is helpful with information on everything and we felt very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again!
