I have to say I was underwhelmed by the outside. Ur as soon as I walked into my room it was instant comfort. Hands down the best bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Must try. Great rates too

Love that the room smelt *CLEAN* & not just smelling of aresols. beds were comfy, pillows comfy, i had some issues with the AC, but it wasnt a make it or break it deal. other then the parking lot needing some love. it was a wonderful stay!

Comfortable and clean.

The stay was good. The place is older but was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable to sleep on and the room was a nice size. No in suite telephone but there was microwave, coffeemaker, TV, wifi etc. No snacks and the snack machine was empty. No pop machine that I could see. The site said there was a restaurant but I couldn't find one. However there were good restaurants near by.

The hotel pictures on the site are not accurate. They are the reason I felt this was an ok place to stay. Lobby door was hard to find and once inside I was standing in a dark, dirty liquor mart. That’s where check in was. The room appeared ok, but nothing great. The bed looked clean but appeared to have been made by a child. Floors were laminate, so at least I didn’t have to wonder what might be in the carpets. Furniture was badly beaten up. Looked like it was a party or hangover hotel. No one available at checkout or for questions. Lobby/liquor mart doors were locked. A/C didn’t work properly and noisy outside because I was in a back alley. Didn’t feel safe to open the window. Under and behind the bed hadn’t been cleaned in months. Filthy place that I will avoid.

My first room was quite dirty, crumbs on bed, dirty washcloths in shower, dirty floor. The lady at the front desk was wonderful she gave me a different room. However after getting into the shower I noticed an opened used bar of soap and the tub was quite dirty. Cleaning staff should be improved. Otherwise no complaints.
