The check in time is 2pm, so we had to wait for the receptionist to come. We were a little surprised about the elevator and stairs, but that worked out fine. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was ideal with a lot of the sites in walking distance. Overall, enjoyed our stay in Naples.

Dimora delle arti is a perfect place to explore Naples. Naples is a busy, lively city so when you are done with exploring the city, you want a hotel that is clean and where you can be at rest. It feels very homely. The rooms have airco that do their job very well. All in all, we had a great time at dimora delle arti.

There was construction inside the hotel. Pay to go up the elevator, bugs in the room, breakfast was a coupon to a coffee shop down the street. However the location of the hotel was great.

Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was not. Another guest locked the wrong door, locking us out when we arrived one evening. It was difficult to reach a staff member to help us. We ended up pushing the door several times and could eventually get in. Another guest helped us.

Pro: 1. quiet place in vicinity of storico centro 2. Breakfast was at Leopoldo bar 1-200 meters away. It was very busy on Monday morning but fast service. Amount was typical for local as we saw most local people just grabbing a piece of sweet bread and coffee. But for most overseas travelers that was tiny for breakfast. Con: 1. Very poor attitude of receptionist. She hung up my call twice while I still asked questions. That was very rude. We didn’t know how to open the front door. Then when we came in we didn’t know how to go upstairs with big luggage. When we later saw an antique elevator and didn’t know how to use it. She didn’t explain but hung up. She seemed annoyed that we didn’t know all these. Starting with a poor reception everything later turned unwelcome. 2. We need 1.5 euros coins to activate the antique elevator. What if we didn’t have some coins while receptionist didn’t want to help anything? How could we go upstairs? When we managed to go there she asked for passport while we were still busy with our 3 big luggage. My wife was so afraid as there was no smile from her, not even a welcoming gesture and help. At that point we would really like to cancel the room. 3. After checking in with passport she then explained about the room, the 3 keys, breakfast and so on. She was upset if I asked anything. She only wanted us to listen. At that point I just listened without speaking anything. And no more asking afterwards except for booking a taxi for next day. I opened t

Great accomodation, close to the centre of Napels. Multiple metro stations nearby, walkable neighbourhood, many museums and churches to be found. The room was neat and tidy, staff was very friendly.breakfast was very good and appreciated, airconditioning was available (but due to perfect temperature during the stay, not needed). Coffee machine (with Neapolitan coffee!) and kettle are in the room. Linnen was refreshed frequently and room was cleaned daily to keep it tidy. Plenty of dining options nearby (you are in Naples!) It is possible to leave luggage before checking in properly, as it's a closed building. Highly recommended for a stay!

Ganz tolle Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen. Wir fühlten uns dort wohl und sicher. Alles einwandfrei. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten. Frühstück in der nahen Bar Leopold leider eine Mogelpackung. Kleiner Kellner dort sehr unfreundlich und lässt einem nur die Hälfte gemäss Bon beziehen. Das Hotel sollte den Frühstücksort ändern oder Klartext reden. Personal in der Unterkunft super freundlich.

There was an error in the booking. But owner did not listen to this and was increadibly rude to us the day of departure. No comments when checking in the night before. Owner was screaming at children and even accusing innocent people of committing crimes. Moreover, there were hairs on the floor and dirt in the room at arrival. Also, we asked for late checkout, did not get a response. Only answers at will from the hotels communication Very strange and conflicting check in and check out times. Some pieces of informations say one thing and other pieces of information say something else.

Great base for a short stay in Naples

Helt ok

Helt ok hotell. Litt utfordrende at resepsjonen kun er betjent mellom 14 og 19. Vi måtte ringe på forhånd da opprinnelig fly ble kansellert måtte betale 10 Euro ekstra for å ankomme kl 20. Vi slet med å få tak i taxi så da hadde det vært fint å ha betjent resepsjon. De vi møtte som jobbet der var veldig hyggelige. Rommet var rent og av god størrelse.

It was nice and clean but the walls were a bit scuffed and could use some paint. The air and fridge never really got cold. Cool, but not cool enough. You have to pay .50 euro each way to use the elevator and the breakfast at the place down the street was very limited on what you could get and in a very hectic spot. The beds were very soft so if you need a firm bed be aware. The luggage storage was nice and it’s very close to the museum.

Guest house with great location! When we checked in we were confused with another guest and found out after walking up 3 floors and had to walk back down to 2nd floor with luggage. I'm out of shape and in my 60's. The young lady escorting us skipped ahead to meet the other guests and we were left a little lost on the stairs and not sure where to go. Our granddaughter followed the girl down and had to carry her bag back up again when we finally figured out where to go. Because of travel delays we were accessed a 30 Euro late fee. Other than check in the only staff is person cleaning in the mornings. They were responsive to message requests via Expedia and helped us book tranfers to airport. The air conditioner did not work properly so room was a little cooler than outside but still uncomfortable. We let them know the problem and the housekeeper 'looked at it', but didn't fix it.The room was a 2nd floor walk up with a funky little elevator that costs .50 Euro. Amazing location but not the right fit for us.

Booked one night. Late arrival as flight late and also delayed. €25 euro taxi from airport A little confused about arrival procedure but soon sorted with excellent text message communications Extra charge for late arrival after 20.00 €30 Safe quiet comfortable Breakfast option with voucher to Leonard’s cafe 100 metres along Road Close proximity to metro to access train to Pompeii. Easy checkout friendly helpful staff that were on duty on arrival and then again in the morning. Would stay again Very good.

Die Unterkunft war sehr, sehr gut. Leider wurde das Frühstück ausgelagert und stand in einem Café um der Ecke statt. Der Service dort war nicht gut man konnte sich zwei Heißgetränke aussuchen und einen Toast oder ein Croissant. Ich hab mir einen Toast bestellt mit Käse und Schinken, der aber schrecklich geschmeckt hat. Aber wie gesagt, das Hotel selber war sehr gut ein tolles großes Zimmer alles sauber ein schönes Bad etwas klein aber es hat gereicht das Zimmer wo die jeden Tag gereinigt ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
