Fantastic Stay!

The staff was not the best in english but with a translator i was better able to understand and my team and I had a wonderful time! The rooms are clean, spacious and the property is maintained daily. It was very easy to access and a comfortable space. Will be back again!

This property is great for local experience! I have been to all stars type places, and this place is great in my opinion. Grab supplies from a few blocks away for a week or month. What i paid for a week in January, I was more than happy.I probably could have tipped a bit more.

I stayed there for 13 days. From day one, I noticed the lack of courtesy from the receptionist. The toilet did not flush. As I was asleep, I felt something crawling on my left arm, I quickly woke up and discovered that it was a big roach about 2 inches long. The room I stayed in, was completely flooded with water coming from the outside through the front door after it had rained. The room attendant/s would somehow bring 2 towels into the room and didn't even make the bed up. The ceiling fan rattled the whole time I was there. Overall, you get what you paid for! By the way, the night before I checked out, there was a stray dog who made his way to my front door on the second floor. Worst of all, what really made this an awful experience was the fact that the dog pooped about 8 feet from the door to my room.

We took about 45 mins to check in alone, the place was filthy when we arrived. There wasn’t any towels in the bathroom, half roll of toilet paper for 4 days stay for 2 people. I called reception ask for towel and toilet paper upon arrival in our room they took about 1/2 hour before bringing two towels only to our room. The didn’t bring the toilet paper thankfully we always travel with wet wipes. 2 days after our stay I requested 2 more towels as those ones got dirty and toilet paper again they never brought it. The washroom window was completely broken anyone could’ve get into our room by going through the broken windows. The microwave in the room wasn’t working as well. The day of our check out the receptionist came up to our room 10:50 am telling us it’s time to check out which we were ready and was about to leave. Very poor service and low maintenance. I don’t advice anyone to stay here no matter how cheap it is !!!!!

My stay

The place is decent I booked two apartments. Upon checking in the receptionist on the evening of Sunday April 20th 2025 lacks customer service. My buddy and I walked into the office and she carried on with her conversation like she did not see us though I acknowledged her when I walked in. After checking in another lady walked us to the apartments but only provided towels for one apartment. The you lady said she would be back with the towels for the other apartment. An hour went by I informed the receptionist about the matter she said the towels would be sent . The following morning upon reminding her about the towels we finally received them. I paid for both apartments upon arrival but got towels for the second apartment the next day. I work in the service industry for seventeen years this sort of behavior is unacceptable. The property is fairly priced and customer service should be better. Would I recommend or stay in the future. Not si sure

They never change our sheets or towels during the whole trip (6days) we had to ask for toilet paper and more towels, they never came in to change the garbage or sweep and mop the floor, when we arrived they told us that they would do it every other day but it never happened i asked multiple times and nothing..

I like the price with Expedia, I rebook and jack the price. You only get one towel per guess. But, at less ther change it every other day Also, with the bed sheets. The extra and change every 5th day. The bricks are lose especially around the pool. I got bitten by mosquitoes and lots of fly. So, long you don't open the window it fine. Is pretty quiet during the week days. I was able to relax.

The property looks nothing like the photos. The room has water damage and a serious smell of damp. The AC didn't work. Generally just a run down old establishment . The neighbourhood is very sketchy. I would for sure not feel safe if travelling as a solo woman. It was fine for an evening before flying out from PUJ, but don't expect anything more than a bed and a bad smell.

The freezer smelled bad, the toilet seat was falling off, everything looks old, the fridge handle on one of them was gone, most things were cheaply done and made. The shower doors didn’t even go together, leaving a huge gap and caused water to go everywhere on the bathroom floor. Some rooms smelled like piss. None of it felt luxury, if anything it looked like it tried to be luxury but failed in so many ways. Not worth the money.

I arrived and was given a room immediately next to the busy reception office. There were used towels left. I was then transferred to another unit after complaining of the room. The next room was not any better. There were amenities left such as coffee maker and safety box did not have batteries to use. The trash in kitchen was full. And some dishes were dirty. The safety box was not usable at all. Very disappointing period!
