Was very clean and tidy, Staff was very pleasant nice place to stay
Alan, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Comfy bed, clean. Our room was close to the outdoor area of the pub. A couple of noisy patrons made it uncomfortable. This hotel not for me unfotunately.
Robin, 1-night trip

Overnight stay

Good service, clean and well appointed, food was also excellent from the hotel.
Peter, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Very clean, comfortable room was presented, how due to the addresses popularity with the tradies and fifo workers I’d likely look at other accommodation to stay at.
Colin, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Room was nice, modern and comfortable but there were so many guests smoking right out front on the balcony that it felt like we were sleeping in an ashtray.
Anna, 1-night trip

Excellent
Robert, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The restaurant was very good however there is not enough parking and the bays are extremely small
Janet, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Ideal location. Beds superbly comfortable. Spotless, fresh. Parking outside the room. Bistro excellent - very popular, so you may need to book.
Rachelle, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The bed in our room was too soft and uncomfortable. The rest of the facilities were quite satisfactory.
Kurt, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

New coat of paint and some new carpet and the price of a room has gone up hugely. The pub meals have dived in quality big time, as has service. Super noisy with drunken patrons carrying on late at night. Used to be a cheap place to stay with consistently good meals and service. Now overpriced for what is really now a dive despite new coat of paint.
Linda, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

We were unable to request a ground floor room, which we would have preferred if available. The bathroom was clean and new, but the toilet was situated in a place where you couldn’t sit straight because of the vanity. Awkward!
Barbara, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Had 1 issue, the bedside reading lamps had no bulbs in them.
John, 1-night trip

Greeting on arrival, requests easily met, friendly. Modern and very clean room. Beautiful food.
Jann, 1-night trip

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable and having room service from the restaurant was a fun holiday experience
Liz, 4-night trip

Bed a little soft, but room spotless. Wish we could get fresh air into room

Room Smelt like a wet Dog had peed in there

The room smelt putrid, like a wet dog that went to the toilet everywhere. We travelled here with kids and the carpet was wet. I think they must have allowed dogs in the room to have it smell this bad. No rooms left at hotel, so not worth complaining but the cleaners who came in the day before we moved in and then after the first night should have done something about it. If anything they should have tried to deodorise. It was that bad, I had to swap sides of the bed with my wife as she couldn’t handle the smell.  One of the kids in the single bed had to put her head at other end of the bed as the massive smell was unsleepable. Not a good result from a hotel owned by the big brands
John, 2-night trip
