Clean and nice hotel priced well for it's location. Alessandro was kind, friendly and helpful! Rooms are nice and updated however ask for an interior room if you don't want to be woken up early with the street noise as the windows are not sound proof. NO main lobby or restaurant with breakfast if that is what you are looking for but walking distance from the Spanish Steps and lot's of restaurants in the area. The elevator and air conditioning worked well. Great location!

Post cruise stay, 3 nights! Great location at the top of the Spanish Stairs! Alessandro the manager was so helpful in booking transportation from cruise ship to hotel and then to airport! He was so kind and helpful!! Room was very nice..they had a lift which was great for getting luggage to 3rd floor!'

Absolutely perfect location-you are in a central location that can make getting around Rome easy. Room was gorgeous. AC was a bit low (and in the summer time you would want it to circulate more), and the queen bed was two smaller beds pushed together. The balcony views were stunning and the staff was very helpful.

Cute boutique like stay. Things to note, you need to ring bell for someone to let you in and give you directions how to operate elevator with “secret code” to get to front desk. Building is half residents, half hotel. There is 3 steps when you first walk in that you need to lift your luggage. Accessible lift for those three steps is locked. Our room was large and recently renovated feel. One thing that was weird was the odor that came out of sink. The sewer smell would come out and we noticed it on day2. AC is strong and quiet. Bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. No breakfast onsite but they give you complimentary mini bar and coffee/water. Bathroom was decent size- with one sink. Would stay here again based on convenience and not amenities.

You could not find a more gracious or convenient place to stay. Take the train to Spagna station, bypass the stairs with the elevator, and you are there! The world is your oyster in the center of it all and removed from the craziness at the same time. what more could you ask for? if you can get the room with the balcony, take it. I would go back in a hearbeat. They were so nice!

This was our 5th visit to Rome centre and this location ideal. From here we had easy access to all main attractions by foot, taxi or Metro. Great shopping and dining in the immediate area. We were greeted by staff, Alessandro (GM) and Laura of housekeeping. Although there is no official front desk, Alessandro's entry instructions were easy to navigate. We will most definitely use this property...No need to look any further !!!

Beatrice was excellent - she greeted us and explained how building worked. Replenishing room each day and making sure all needs were met. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Balcony a bonus - live performers outside each night we could enjoy. Noisy in morning as adjacent buildings had garbage trucks emptying bins but otherwise excellent location. Noise helped me wake up and get ready to explore
