Fabulous place to stay - a bit of a rabbit warren of rooms which the kids loved! Great breakfast, comfy beds, tasty and well-priced pizzas and gins at the bar, and the location was brilliant.

Very comfortable stay, the shower was very good (hot) The room had a small electric heater - not sure if it made a difference Front desk was not attended, perhaps a staff shortage. Check in was done upstairs and a very easy process.

Thredbo lodge

A good basic lodge a short walk from the main part of Thredbo village. Continental breakfast was adequate. This was a summer stay and there were very few other guests, so staffing levels were low, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

It’s an older hotel, as it was summer there was plenty of hot water and room was a good size for 2 adults and a small child. It was a great location for skiing and hiking. Breakfast was basic but better than nothing. Room had a microwave, kettle and tea and coffee making facilities but no plates or cutlery for microwave use.

Accommodation good location and easy access to the lifts for MTB'ing. Would be good if better facility for storing bikes as the room was full when we arrived. Bring lock to chain your bike in the room. Missing fly screen on one of the windows which was required as we had to leave the windows open as the apartments get warm in summer and there is no aircon. Food from the onsite restaurant for dinner is average and would suggest eating elsewhere. This was the biggest disappointment. Included breakfast was good. Overall would stay here again, as the accommodation was clean, and in good location.

1 star accommodation at best. No staff no service. No heating. Accommodation for 4 adults was a one bed and mattresses on the floor. Dinning room was cold and dark. Only thing going for this hotel is location. Avoid at all cost. Do not stray here.

Overall the staff in the bar where I checked in were friendly and it met my needs as I was there for an event so I’d stay again. But a few things to prep for if you’re staying: * There’s only on street parking which can be a nightmare in Thredbo. * The walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbours constantly when there’s no background noise, take some earplugs if good sleep is critical. * Curtains have to be fully closed all night as there are piercing lights outside the window. * The bed is pretty hard but pillows were ok.
