The hotel was not located a short distance from the Central Train Station as per Hotes.com description but was a 40+ minute walk! On arrival at the Hotel I was given a pass key to my allocated room on the 5th floor and then told that the lift wasn’t working, so I had walk up 5 flights of a narrow spiral staircase, with a very heavy suitcase…..not the best welcome to Stockholm.

Cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. Think layers of dust covered areas and there were grubby fingerprints on the ceiling. The floor seemed clean and the bed was fine. Our hotel was not cleaned once during our stay and we had to ask for fresh towels. The room overlooked a terraced where people smoked so our room stunk of smoke if we had the windows open. The hotel felt safe and secure and room size was fine.

Fine for our purposes

Our stay was fine for our needs for two nights in Stockholm because of the location. The elevator buttons were marked incorrectly.The room was very small, but the bed was comfortable. It was difficult to get in and out of the bed because you couldn’t go around it. This room was more suited for one person,The shower floor was not very clean. The breakfast was mediocre, machine coffee didn’t taste good and there was no milk. There were fruit flies flying around the water dispenser marked Wellness water. There was a nice selection of yogurt, fruit, and toppings.

Litet men mysigt rum. Dock smutsiga duschdraperier, rost på spegel och hylla i badrummet. Kylskåpet på rummet vinglade när man rörde det, hylla i kylskåp var trasig och det var rostigt inne i kylskåpet. Ingen möjlighet till klädförvaring, inget skohorn. Bra läge annars och bra utbud på tv-kanaler. Frukosten var väldigt sparsam, äggröran smakade ingenting samt att det flög omkring massa småflugor vid maten, kändes inte hygieniskt.

Väldigt små rum, nästan som om man ficka gå in och backa ut och det var jättelyhört. Du hörde nästan hur grannarna andades i rummet bredvid. Det stod också att det akulle finnas kylskåp på rummet, men det fanns inget.

Avlopp i badrum, både dusch och handfat hade någon typ av stopp i sig så efter varje dusch rann det vatten ut över hela det minimala badrummets golv. Satt du på toaletten hade du i princip duschdraperiet i knät. Väldigt högljudd fläkt i badrummmet. Smutsigt på lampor, i tak etc.

Det var det kay, det var dyrt ift. at værelset var af dårlig stand og knap så rengjort. Fandt chips på gulvet og brugt håndklæde. Der manglede spejle og et bord at lægge sine ting på. Det var ret dyrt når man tænker på hvor dårlig værelserne egentlig var. Havde booket et dobbeltværelse - men der var kun en seng og to stole. Så det var svært at have Sine ting nogen steder.
