Registration Desk 5 stars House keep 5 stars Luxury property style 5 stars The only thing keeping this property from getting a 4 is the property chef, staff, and excellent customer service. The complaint is the see thru glass bathroom door, there is no good reason for this, it should be changed immediately. Also, invest in a heat pump that cools or warms room temps year round instead of one or the other.

Bedroom decorated to a high standard but fixtures and fittings ill fitted with poor finish. Customer service at reception is not great- poor communication between staff i.e confirmed late check out but yet still called to ask to vacate. Also issues with hot tub plug, was established there was a fault with the plug yet was made to feel like it was my competence. Room service food very below average from what you would expect from a kitchen with a michelin star restaurant. Breakfast repetitive and stick to fried egg only- all other methods of preparation were awful. Nonetheless, great quiet area with amenities near by. Good AC system on a hot day.
